I called a few days in advance and described in DETAIL the items I needed hauled away. Shane the operations manager quoted me a price over the phone. Shane never once told me that the price quoted was an estimate and subject to change. The crew arrives and informs me that the price I was quoted was an estimate and that it was going to cost me much more than quoted to have the items hauled away. I was fuming! How dare they do a bait and switch on the price when the items to be hauled away were as I described exactly over the phone with their clown Shane. The crew finally backed down and agreed to do the haul away at the price I was quoted.
They definitely tried to do a bait & switch on their quoted phone price.
I will NEVER do business with this shady operation again.

My entire experience with these guys was really great. The price was half of what that other place charges, the guys who did the pickup were very pleasant and courteous and scheduling was a snap. Can’t ask for much more.

Had Steve and his great crew at the home I rent out today. They did an awesome job cleaning out the mess left by the tenants. Well worth it. Only minus was that some areas could have used a little more elbow grease for the cleaning. The windows especially.
