That the best thing about this wonderful little piece of Americana is the price of the food would serve an injustice. It is small and you may have to share a table with strangers, and when it’s busy like it was today, you may have to wait a little longer for the food. But boy is that food good and you just might make a new friend. I’ve been here for breakfast 3 times now(flying in each time), and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The locals love the biscuits and gravy and the portions are quite ample(a full size order is served on a plate the size of a hubcap). I had the«Big Lil» and I don’t think I’ll eat again today. Great food, ample portions, and a great price. My wife and I had a very filling breakfast and the only thing we broke was a $ 20. Hard to find value like that anymore. This great place shows that the«$ 100 Hamburger» doesn’t have to cost $ 100 to still have a great experience.
