Arena, WI

Just mediocre. Ambience — loud and dead animals on the walls. Get there early because when they’re out, they’re out. Good presentation of surf and turf, but white sauce served with steak was tasteless. I’m a purist when it comes to French onion soup and a prewrapped slice of Swiss cheese on top doesn’t cut it.

Spring Green, WI

Good burger /sandwich options in your typical Wisconsin bar. Open for breakfast on weekends but we just missed that window of time. Clean. Menu options from burgers to chicken to salads and on weekends, menu lists fish. Im sure there’s more. We stuck with grilled chicken (mushroom and Swiss on top). Good. We would come here again.

Chef Cal is a genius! He brought gourmet cooking to this small town at affordable prices. Every special is delicately prepared and is delicious! Finally, absolutely don’t leave without trying the featured dessert of the night.
