Don’t honor appointments, don’t do a quality job. So, don’t bother. Too many competitors in area to waste time or money here. Have given three chances and keep being disappointed.

I visited this salon as a newbie to the area, and chose it based upon its good Unilocal reviews. There were 2 technicians working inside and when I entered I was the 4th customer. I asked for a gel manicure, and was seated right away. They informed me they only do shelac manicures and to me, that was close enough? The lady promptly seated me and put on the foils to remove my old«gel» manicure. After waiting for 30 minutes before being addressed again I learned there is a difference between«gel» and«shelac» polishes and then was lectured by the nail technicians on how bad it is for your nails. At the 50 minute mark they could still not figure out how to remove the gel, despite my suggestions. I told them I needed to leave and ended up just paying for a polish change.(Though they shouldn’t have charged me at all) When I left my nails were incredibly damaged and rough and the fingernails on my right & left hands had different length nails. They offered me 20% off my next pedicure for the trouble… Needless to say I will NOT be returning. This was a horrible experience.

I love love love this place! It has such a relaxing, and the ladies are always nice. When I go to get my pedicure/manicure, a lot of people don’t want to take the time to make a cute design for you. It’s really frustrating too when they say«Oh we can’t do that» when I, a mere amateur, is able to do it at home. But this place isn’t like that! Look how cute my nails are!

This nail salon is overpriced. The massages hurt because they basically hit you. They dig the clippers and their own nails in your skin. They use foam pieces to hold your feet up. This is not sanitary since they use this on everyone. They are messy when applying nail polish. Improvement is much needed. The décor is the best part.

Well, we came back for seconds! A friend of mine got married recently, so I arranged for her and all the bridesmaids to get our nails done here before the wedding. I called ahead a week in advance and told the woman how many people(4 of us) and what services we wanted(1 manicure, 1 pedicure, and 2 mani-pedis). Unfortunately, when we arrived there were only three aestheticians working and one of them was already occupied by another customer. I was a little annoyed at that, because I thought that by calling ahead we would have been able to get our treatments all at the same time. On top of that, several walk-ins who came in after us were forced to wait quite a long time because they were so understaffed. The services we received ranged from below average to very good, depending on which aesthetician did them. The bride was very happy with her mani-pedi, and that was the most important part! It lasted almost a month until her nails grew out. Grace did them and up-sold her an additional hardening UV-treatment that helped them last. I got only a French manicure, and unfortunately the quality was not the greatest. I ended up asking Grace to redo one of my thumb nails because the woman who did them the first time had really screwed up the white tip. What I learned from this experience is that Grace(whom I found out later is actually the owner), is the best manicurist they have. She can do PERFECT French tips freehand. If you have the choice, you should ask for her. My manicure did not last at all. The woman who did my nails didn’t tell me about the UV treatment, and I’m really disappointed because I would have bought it had I known. Even though I was careful, I ended up chipping two nails before the wedding(which was only two days later), and they continued to deteriorate until I finally took it all off after only a week . All the same, the ladies were really sweet. We had some delightful small talk, and all of us enjoyed the time we spent in the salon. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I wanted to give five stars this time, I really did! But failing to bring in enough aestheticians on a day when you know you have a certain number of appointments is just bad customer service. And I was disappointed that my manicure didn’t last even one day.
