I always get amazing service at this location. Cari is amazing. James is great also.
The people complaining about service being slow, of course it’s not going to be super hero fast! Have you ever been to any wireless store? It is common knowledge that it takes awhile. Perhaps you should go when you have 20 – 30 min to spare without being a snarky asshat who complains about everything. That’s like going to an Apple Store on iPhone launch day and thinking you’ll be the only one there.

I agree with the pp, they are so slow. While waiting, we witnessed several people leave. They either could not get on the wait list because the manager with sign up tablet was in the back or they got tired of waiting for their turn. We have been her for over an hour, started at number 6 and have only moves to number 4. Obviously, this store does not want your business.
