Not the cleanest hotel. No shampoo or lotion in bathrooms. No cups or mugs. Very noisy beds and very thin walls. Between the squeaky beds and sounds of other hotel guests having sex throughout the night, I didn’t sleep. ATALL. You get what you pay for, but for $ 95/night, I expected more.

I wish I would have read the other reviews BEFORE booking here… I was looking for a decently priced hotel for a 1 night business trip… When I walked into the room, I had to take a step back and make sure I wasn’t put in a SMOKINGROOM by mistake! It smelled like an old Las Vegas hotel room… I must say the musty smokey smell and the smell of fish cooking in another room on the floor, did NOT make a nice mix… BLAHH… After spraying some cologne to mask the smell, and after picking up the long black hairs out of the shower, I noticed the another special treat. A MOLDYSHOWERCURTAIN… Need I say more? I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt… But needless to say, I am not happy and WILLNEVERSTAYHEREAGAIN! And will use serious caution if I am ever going to book this chain again… =(

Nice rooms for a cheaper hotel. Updated wood laminate flooring and having a almost full kitchen is nice on a long stay aka extended stay. The laundry room is clean and has 4 washers and 4 dryers I think. The only downside is no workout room or a pool. Morning coffee is good bit get there early or else it runs out! Close to the freeway/interstate and near Park Meadow mall!

Absolutely filthy! The carpets were heavily stained and unswept. I checked in with 4 other people and despite having reservations at a confirmed price each person was charged a different price for their room. Prices use to be $ 50 but are now $ 90+

This place is filthy. We had to evacuate for a week while our house was getting repairs done and we stayed here for one night before driving to the mountains and just camping. Let me reiterate. We spent 3 nights in a tent without a shower or electricity instead of spending time in one of their hotel rooms! The carpet had dark stains, the room was«moist» when we walked into it and it smelled like it had once upon a time been a smoker’s room. It was also not comfortable. With the slightest movement, the bottom sheet came up so the bare mattress showed and the comforter was scratchy and thin. When we came back from our camp out, we switched to Element up the street. It was double the price, but 4x the comfort.

Stayed here for two months while working in Denver. Its in a nice area, close to lots of cool shopping, eating, etc. Its ok, not sure if I would do it again for the price. Some of the washcloths in the bathroom had dookie stains on them still and I found some solid matter on another cloth. I started bringing my own after that. The first set of bedsheets smelled like a smoker or mechanic had slept in them so I started using my own sheets. The cool thing is that the cleaning staff noticed this and removed the in-house stuff and made my bed with my bedding. There are non-smoking rooms but the smell from smoking rooms comes in through the bathroom vents. Had a couple groups come through that were drunk and roaming the halls all night which was kind of annoying and there’s noone on staff after 11pm(?) to complain to. Its a safe place and I never worried about my car getting broken into; staff was friendly too. Its probably the best option for the price in that area unless you do the nicer corporate places. Bonus: its pet friendly and they keep a big tub of milkbones out for the pups.

This place is awful. Outdated, disgusting, mystery stains on the furniture. Let’s just say there’s a reason it’s $ 50/night and leave it at that. Spend the extra money and stay at the Element hotel in Lone Tree.

This hotel has bed bugs and fleas everywhere, stay away. Management will not confront the situation nor will they talk to you, but they will say that they are in a management training meeting from 8 am to 8 pm with short breaks. We had to throw away our luggage and a few other things because management never showed us whether or not they checked to verify what types of insects infested the rooms, but even a few hotel workers shared that this was not the first time. STAYAWAY.
