I have been using this cleaner for 15 years and it used to be wonderful. New ownership and quality is terrible now. They have ruined (I mean totally ruined!) several of my expensive clothing items and treated me terribly when I tried to discuss it with them.
I will never use this cleaners again.

The first time I went to heritage cleaners I was only given half of my items at the time of pick up and had to make a second trip to retrieve the rest of my clothes. The second time they lost all eight of my items for a week. I had to come to the store and walk the revolving rack and search through other people’s clothes to find my dry cleaning. I would definitely take your clothes elsewhere.

This company has new ownership and totally lacks customer service or integrity. They lost my clothes and I have spent 5 months trying to find someone in the company who cares or will return a promised phone call (at least a half dozen promises broken). They always tell me they will fix anything that they are responsible for but then they refuse to accept responsibility. I am out hundreds of dollars. The employees themselves have told me that things have gone downhill under the new ownership group. Save the trouble, find a more reasonable cleaner with higher integrity.

I was floored when I found out that they charged $ 3 and change to LAUNDER a shirt, and $ 9 to dry clean a pair of pants! Wow, that is pricey. Their facilities weren’t fancy or anything, nor was I offered a beverage or a massage while I was waiting, so what justifies their obnoxiously high prices? I didn’t even get same day service. Were they «green» or something? The two staff members working couldn’t tell me, they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. Hmm. I later called about four different nearby cleaners and nobody charged more than $ 2 per shirt, and only about $ 5-$ 6 for dry cleaning. Nope, won’t be coming back here.
