I usually don’t write reviews but If you are interested in having a birthday party here, I would not recommend this place. While the manager and 2 host’s were very friendly and welcoming, the stylists gave us the impression that they did not want to even be at work. Honestly, they spoiled the moment and have the worst customer service skills. I do believe this place has the potential to do better with birthday parties but as of right now they shouldn’t even offer this service. First, they did paint the girls toes, then nails(keep in mind they are limited on designs) then they had the girls decorate flip flops, Why, I do not know because this made the girls mess up their nails that were still drying. After we left I had to go buy a nail kit and me and another parent redid the girls nails. The party is supposed to have a 6 girls minimum but luckily I only had 4 show up because they only have 4 chairs to do the girls nails. I mean how are they supposed to interact? I’m assuming 2 girls have to wait until the others are done. While Sweet n’ sassy does cost a little more, they will definitely give you your moneys worth. This place WILLNOT! Again, I do appreciate the manager and host’s for their effort and kindness but they should give the stylists a few tips on customer service, ESPECIALLY working with kids. At this point I will be going to any lengths to get at least half of what I paid for their terrible service.

I will start and say that I have had very good service here on at least 2 occasions. But, I will say, some of the stylists are borderline friendly/not friendly. I just get a negative vibe from most of the stylists here as well as one of the receptionists. The entire salon always acts like they are completely booked and SOBUSY. I’ve never been here when all the chairs are full or even when there are more than 3 stylists working. I always have 2 toddlers with me. I have shown up late and gotten my appointment times wrong.(It’s the end of the world!) I’ve never argued or asked to fit both my children in after I’ve realized I missed a scheduled appointment. BUT, they act as if they are completely put out by you as a customer. They’ve been short with me and I even had a stylist tell my 2 year old that she could not have a sucker during her appointment. That she had to wait until after. Basically, THEY’REJUSTNOTFRIENDLY! I have been to the Cherry Creek Jack & Jill Salon and they’re super nice and accomodating. I will start driving 20 mins further so I don’t have to be subjected to the bitter ladies that work at this salon.

I was really surprised and not in a good way! I took my 3 girls there and for close to $ 20 per child not only was the haircut at best average and the style etc(honestly I can cut better at home and certainly the blow dry was awful!) but the service and hairdresser who cut 2 of my 3 girls hair was surly and condescending. Please do NOT waste your $$$$‘s here. Also attended a Bday party here and it was not serviced well, I had to help the mom who booked it to find supplies and help…

Took my son in last week for a standard boys haircut. I asked them to keep it long on the top. She buzzed the whole thing, I could have done a better job myself at home. She didn’t say one word to him, and acted like she was doing us a favor. I won’t be going back.

Good with my Autistic son. We’ve been to Jack & Jill’s Lone Tree multiple times and seen a couple of different stylists. They have all been great! My son is on the Autistic spectrum and haircuts are«not an enjoyable experience.» They have been patient, quick and best of all we left with good haircuts!

Made an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done. When we arrived they said she didn’t have an appointment and that I probably called the other location. I knew they were wrong, but left anyways since the receptionist was snotty and said they were too busy. I checked my cell phone call log and the store phone number– I called the right location and they were wrong! Someone messed up there. Won’t be back. Went across the street and had her nails done at a regular nail salon for $ 10.

For a children’s hair place I would have expected friendlier staff and at least some interaction with the child getting their hair cut. We have come in here for a couple of appointments and was less than satisfied both times. Im sorry I just dont believe you can run a trendy hair salon for kids and not be happy, bubbily and friendly with the kids who come in as well as their parents. Im sorry but we wont be making another appearance at Jack and Jill’s Children Salon.

Cute place and all, but the service isn’t very good. I used to take my daughters to Lolilocks, which I loved, but they closed. I decided to start taking my girls to Jack & Jill. We went there for about a year. During the summer one daughter got a feather in her hair. It fell out two days later… we were on vacation. When we got back, I went in and asked for another bead so that I could put the feather back in my daughter hair. They wanted to charge me $ 5 for the bead! I told them that It had fallen out in just 2 days. They told me that I had to bring my daughter back in so that they could put it back in or they would have to charge me for the bead. I didn’t know when I could get my daughter back in the salon(with her sports schedule). The feathers were about $ 20 to put in, on top of the haircut. I can’t believe they wouldn’t just give me a stupid bead! I would never go back.

Made an appointment a month in advance and when I arrived they didn’t have my appointment. They were very rude and made it seem like it was my mistake and not theirs. Will never go back. Horrible service.

I went here for the first time today. It was the only children’s salon with good reviews so I drove the extra miles to check it out. It is really cute. The kids sit in cars and motorcycles to get their hair cut. Haley did my little guys hair and did an awesome job. I am so glad I did not try to do this at home ;) It is trickier than one would think. I also got a picture and a certificate to show off this memorable moment.
