Lori went above and beyond to help us get everything we wanted when we bought our house this year! I highly recommend!

If you want a true professional in Real Estate, use Lori Corken and company. A very hard working and experienced business woman that s effective in finding the right home as well as be able to negotiate in your best interest. In reading the other posts, it seems others need to better understand the rental process as it can be complicated with all the weird stuff people are trying to do between fore closures and short sales.

I would never use Lori Corken to rent or buy a home! We moved here in October 2011 and rented a home in the Highlands Ranch Golf Community. In January, we had a notice on the door that the house had gone in foreclosure which means the foreclosure process had already started prior to us renting the property. The purpose of using a rental company is avoid situation likes this. If you own a rental company you should be verifying whether the homeowners are current on their mortgage. Lori Corken company claims no responsibility even on their own mess up. The only person that seemed to be any help at her company is Rachel.

I’ve recently started doing business with Lori Corken. She is one of the hardest working Realtors I’ve met. Her claim of being creative and innovative is the truth from what I’ve experienced– she even has recorded videos of her listings, and posted them not only onYouTube type sites, but Comcast on Demand– I didn’t even know you could do that. She takes technology seriously too, an area where most realtors fall short. The bottom line is that Lori goes out of the way for her clients, and searched out creative ways to sell homes. A lot of real estate agents I’ve seen list your house on MLS, offer to have an Open House, and think that’s all they need to do. Lori works until the homes sell. In this economy, I think we need all the help we can get. Thanks Lori!
