Dr. Jeffers is great, I’ve gone to her for years and she is super knowledgeable and easy to discuss the occasional awkward health issue with. Very personable and friendly.

I’ve seen a few of the doctors at New West and had a great experience. I’ve seen both Dr. Baker and Dr. Coleman and both are so helpful in explaining everything they are doing and answering questions. I tend to get nervous around doctor’s, but these people make you feel relaxed and don’t rush the appointment at all.
The front-​desk staff is extremely friendly and you get seen at the time you make the appointment (no waiting). I would definitely recommend this doctor’s office.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Baker.
I booked back in November 2013 for a «New patient appointment» in late January 2014. (Yes, the wait is a little long, but I had heard great things about her!). When my appointment rolled around, she was everything I had hoped and more. She was knowledgeable, personable, and actually listened to my concerns and medical history. I learned SO much from her and she eased a ton of worries that had built up from previous (le terrible!!) doctors before her.
The front desk staff are also kind, efficient, and prompt. (I’ve left doctors before because their front desk staff were so bad.)
Three weeks after my initial appointment, I came down with a case of the, «Oh god, I’m going to die… my lungs are filling with fluid… I have a fever… oh god… oh god… kill me now“s.
I called Dr. Baker to see if she could fit me in. Yes! In 45 minutes! I drove straight over, she diagnosed me, and called in some meds. It was SO. SIMPLE. Two days later and I’m feeling a billion times better. Isn’t that truly the mark of a great doctor? Someone who can fit you in when you need it, diagnoses you correctly, and makes you feel better– not only because they’re smart, but because you can tell they care? That’s what I think.
If you’re looking for a great PCP, I recommend Dr. Baker 100%.
