Anyone who says the food portions are small, is crazy. I have never finished a meal here, and it is more than enough. I am a pretty big guy as well. I would recommend the Vietnamese egg rolls, and sesame chicken. Also, great service.

Absolutely loved this place! Stopped by here for a last minute dinner well after the dinner Rush was over and we were served promptly and graciously even though they were probably almost ready to close for the night.

Came here for the first time for lunch. Pretty dead, but it looks like dinner service is their main function. Staff was was kind and attentive. Food was not up to expectation. My pad thai was lacking flavor, and what flavor there was was overpowered by sugar/sweetness. There was also a lingering cigarette smoke smell in the main dining room. It was persistent enough to the point where I got up to see if there was a customer with a lit cigarette. I’d come back to see what dinner service is like. Lunch just doesn’t seem to be their gig.

5 stars for lunch. Yes! On a cold yucky day. Before going into the mall. Nice and warm inside. Sitting in the unique, cool, wooden booth. Start with a Tsingtao. Enjoy a plate of Jalapeño Mango Beef(just the right amount of heat) Sip a little warm Sake. Tackle the mall.

If you like Thai, give it a try. This was my first time at a Thai restaurant and I didn’t like it. The place is OK. But the service was poor, I was specific about my order to be with out egg/meat. The server brought me egg fried rice instead of plain white rice.

Ordered sushi and it tasted a little off. Asked the waiter how fresh the rolls were we had ordered and his response was, «He made them two days ago.» So we were eating three day old sushi… no wonder the seaweed was soggy and hard to chew. Makes me wonder how fresh other items are they serve. Won’t be back.

We had a great lunch here. The staff were all very friendly and our food was delicious. The only real thing that we thought could improve was the cleanliness. We sat in a booth, the floor was a little sticky & there was food splashed up the sheet handing in the back of the booth. We stared with gyoza’s which were great and with a sauce you could drink. We both had lunch specials which are served with a spring roll & fried rice. He had satay beef and I had Thai chicken. I liked his way more than mine but mine was still really good. It wasn’t a usual satay sauce in that it wasn’t a peanut butter colour but it tasted fantastic! The bill came to about $ 25, not bad for a yummy sit down lunch service.

Awesome ambience and amazing hosts. Perfect for a family dinner as well as a romantic dinner date. Whats with the excessive sugar in the food?! Ordered pad thai and green thai curry. The host did mention that it would be on the sweeter side. But the sweetness was just a little short of calling the pad thai a dessert. Thai Basil, I was looking forward to dining here… Was very disappointed! Maybe I’ll try another branch of you guys.

I had a yummy meal, the Royal Chicken had a great sauce, good chicken and good veggies. The steamed rice was also good. They had good pricing on beer too, I think it was $ 4 a bottle.

First time visiting as out of town guest and we ordered pick up. Large portions but food is NOT Good here!!! We ordered the wide noodles veggies & chicken dish. The chicken was too hard, as if it was reheated again. The lettuce wrap was not eatable! I would give that dish zero stars if I could! The Thai tea was made well! Perfect almost! Food was ready for pick up and we were down the street!

This restaurant located in a nice area with other higher $$ restaurant. Even the name has«Thai», they have sushi and other variety of Asian dishes. I wanted to have Thai food and ordered Penan Curry. For the taste, I would rate 2.5 stars but I give three for this time for there variety menu so that each of us could have whatever they liked. This NOT the best place for Thai.

I had the Red Chili Chicken, I ordered it hot. It had a great flavor and the dish was hot as requested. Fantastic flavor and a large portion as well. The service was outstanding. I definitely will be going back.

This location is not the same as the wash park location. The food here is not as good but the service is great. We had pad Thai and hot and sour soup. Both dishes were below average. The sauce on the noodles tasted like ketchup and the soup was oily and not very appetizing. I normally get the panang curry but decided to try something different. The curry is usually good. Stay away from the soup and noodles.

I have to admit that on the second visit, as much as the drinks were awesome, the waiter made a couple really dumb mistakes that make the negative reviews I’ve seen here a bit more understandable. He totally messed up a drink order for me, and brought white rice instead of brown rice, but he was very pleasant and I still gave him an awesome tip.

Hostess was not very professional and on the unfriendly side. There was a strong raw fishy smell at thier patio seating, and no candles even though it was dark. Servers are flustered, but very nice and are trying. The food was very bad. We love Thai and have eaten at many restaurants, and have to say, this is the worst. We returned the food and only paid for the soups, so I have to give them 2 stars for that!

This place never disappoints! The food is good, affordable and fast. The lunch bentos and lunch entrees are excellent. We can usually get right in for lunch, get some tasty food and then get out. I bring business associates and co-workers here all the time.

We were looking for Vietnamese noodle bowls and didn’t want to make our usual trek to Federal in Denver so we gave Thai Basil a try. They didn’t disappoint! Beautiful presentation with fresh grilled shrimp, I couldn’t stop myself and finished the whole bowl. My husband really liked his ginger shrimp dish too. Beautiful dining room, although with it being such a large open room it can feel cold. We chose one of the more private enclosed booths which are cozier. Every time we dine here the dishes are very fresh and beautifully presented.
