Really nice place. Not too big. The pizza was perfect, the appetizers were yummy and the prices not too high. Liked the big windows too.

Unexpected gem. My parents are born and raised in Italy, I can tell you this is great sauce, pizza and lasagna. Real Italian.

I love the ALQUATTROFORMAGGI pizza, the cheese is a wonderful blend with the oil and garlic — it will keep the vampires away, tastes wonderful with a side caesar salad, great combo. The spinach artichoke appetizer came out hot and fresh, 4 of us from work shared and we all wanted more but pizza and salad were coming so we refrained ourselves ;o) Too full to try desert — sorry no reviews for desert. Couldn’t eat all the pizza and tasted great heated on pizza stone in a hot oven.

We live in the neighborhood and this is by far our family’s favorite restaurant. Service is always very genuine, and very good. Food is excellent! Prices are moderate and very appropriate for the cuisine. Every time we visit, we find ourselves asking why we don’t go back more often. Always a great experience!

How does one F@#& up spaghetti? I have no idea, but Via Baci found a way. I checked in… it was my first time at this place and I was dying for some decent Italian carbs. I was immediately greeted and taken to a table. I hadn’t even sat down before the server was asking me what I wanted to drink. I chose water. She quickly returned with water and then I sat for about 5 minutes before she even offered me a menu. When I got the menu, reviewed it and it took the server about 5 – 10 minutes to circle back around to actually take my order. I ordered the messed up spaghetti… which apparently, is watered down, cheap canned sauce served with a small portion of spaghetti noodles. I asked for chicken instead of the meatballs. No petite breadstick or mini salad to munch on while I wasted my lunch break waiting for my meal. I kept wondering«why are they so slow and ‘meh’ about serving me? Am I not polite and friendly? Why don’t they care?!» They offered no petite breadstick or mini salad to munch on while I wasted my lunch break waiting for my meal to make its way what was just a few short steps from the kitchen to my table. The chicken fillet for my spaghetti was a very, very small fillet cut into 5 even smaller pieces — for $ 3.99. I honestly wish I had taken a picture of it, but I’m sure I could go back tomorrow and receive the same quality meal, whereby, I could then take a picture. What was I paying $ 4 for??? They didn’t offer any freshly grated cheese or anything… It was a very pathetic meal. The restaurant was not busy at all and the servers were kind of MIA. Then I saw my server sit down with guests and talk to them… all the while, I’m over in my corner eating a really sad spaghetti lunch with«weak sauce». The server never once circled back around to ask me if everything was ok or if I needed anything else because if she had, I would have assured her that everything was NOT ok haha. The server came to re-fill my water and she was extremely quick about it then disappeared again all over again. The manager was present and didn’t seem to care that I wasn’t receiving service or even be paying attention, for that matter. Until… … I realized the establishment offered a complimentary app or dessert when I check in on Unilocal. So when the server brought my bill over(that’s when I noticed the 5 feeble pieces of chicken were costing me $ 4.00), I ordered a dessert. In what seemed like an eternity later, the manager rushed it over to me himself and seemed to be ALL about customer service. I get great service when I go to other local establishments in the same city block. To think I chose this place over Carmines LOL…(Carmines, I’ll be dining with you from now on when I want Italian.) *free wifi, but they require your email address… yeah– no.

The place is kind of small but the food is great. Chicken Cavatappi and a blood orange gimlet. Awesome. I would also suggest the Shrimp Napoli appetizer if you are hungry.

Going to this modern Italian bistro is becoming a habit. I’m loving the food. So far my favorites are CHICKENPICATTA and the FIGPROSCIUTTOPIZZA. Next for me is he WOOD-FIREDMUSSELS and the WOOD-ROASTEDBRUSSELSSPROUTS. The service is equally outstanding. Christine(C.C.) is a great server… attentive yet not hovering. Sometimes I eat by myself and hate when I’m treated as a 2nd class diner, but it didn’t happen here. I got the same excellent service as everyone else. Highly recommend this place.

Everything about Via Baci is outstanding. I cannot recommend it highly enough. First, the pizza is the best! The sauce is made of Italian tomatoes and is soooo good. The service is outstanding. Our server, Katrina, could not have been better. The manager checked with us. If you have not been here, you must give it a try.

We love, yes love the Mussels that are here at this restaurant. Coming from California we use to eat at an establishment that is not available here in Colorado, we finally found the«replacement» for that restaurant and are happy. Our normal food is that of Bruchetta, Mussels and a Caesar Salad to Share. The Bruchetta is only 3 pieces of bread piled high with chopped tomatoes. The Mussels are served in a White Wine Sauce with lots of Garlic. The Caesar is really anchovy in taste, and we love it that way! Don’t be looking for the croutons, that isn’t allowable, it’s served with a nice slice of bread. Yes we can now say happily we have found our restaurant here in the Denver South Metro Area that caters to our taste for good Italian!

I live close to Via Baci and I’ve been there a handful of times. The food is delicious and they have a nice, inexpensive, happy hour. The service can be spotty, but, it’s never been terrible. I’m never disappointed.

I stopped here while exploring Lone Tree on foot to try their soup and salad combo. I opted to sit outside and enjoy the never ending sunny days! It’s awesome! Their Caesar salad was fresh, hefty portion and sprinkled with just enough croutons. I agree! I’m not a fan of heavy amount of croutons. The soup of the day was a bit lackluster I can’t even recall what it was but the small slice of pita bread that came with the combo was fresh. This location sits across from a Super Target. Attentive staff. Next stop I’ll prob try their pizza if in the area.

Love this place! My husband and I come here regularly for date night and know we won’t be disappointed. I could eat bowl upon bowl of the Brussel Sprouts! Also, they have a good Happy Hour selection.

Very good Italian food. Surprisingly good actually. The staff was helpful and the menu is fairly diverse as far as Italian restaurants go.

Gluten free options for apps and pizza! No soy except in Nutella. The hummus with gluten free herb bread was extremely good. The bread was just a touch overdone with is the only way to really enjoy gluten free bread. I was talking directly to the young assistant manager and he turned around and walked away in the middle of my sentence.

Met a girlfriend here for a lunch last month. It had been at least 15 years. Her suggestion and an amazing one. Caprese salads either ice tea. Perfection. Waitress paced us without rushing us. Can’t wait to try it for dinner.

Love this restaurant… the waitstaff was sooo nice and attentative. We checked in and got a free appetizer for our check-in on Unilocal. We had shrimp scampi which was rich with garlic and they used shaved parmesan which was delicious and such a nice touch. i had the chicken pesto penne special which was delicious with cold penne and pesto mixed with crunchy cauliflower and beets. we also had the chicken caesar salad pizza which was also a lunch special and that was very good as well. Dessert consisted of tiramisu which was rich with kahlua liqour and light and fluffy. We had a great time and they gave us those cute gliteratti hard fruit candies with our check. The candies remind us of italy. Definitely would come back again.

Refreshing flavors, nice atmosphere, great service but I was blown away by the nutella pizza. I’m not much of a dessert guy, but this was probably one of the best desserts I’ve ever tried. Will definitely come back

The wood fired Brussel Sprouts were so good we ordered two! Fantastic.. The staff was amazing and very friendly They had a great selection of appetizers and we made our own Tappas night out of our experience. Shrimp scampi had great flavor and the mussels were fresh and not very salty. I’ve already expressed my opinion of the Brussels but can’t mention then enough! The staff was very helpful picking out a bottle of wine. Great spot!

This place was great! They have a pretty large menu with a wide selection of sandwiches, entrees, appetizers, and pizza. They also have a wine and beer list to enjoy with your meal and daily specials. They have both outdoor and indoor seating and the atmosphere is definitely relaxed but very tasteful. Our waitress and the other staff too were really friendly and chatted with us about things to do in the area since we just moved here. We stopped in the middle of the afternoon so the lunch rush had just ended. We observed the manager delivering food to tables and checking on customers to make sure they were happy. Now — the food. This place has the most amazing mozzarella! We had the mussels as an appetizer — amazing! They come with some fresh toasted bread — not sure what the bread was but was delicious dipped in the broth from the mussels. We also shared a pizza and the crust was sooo good — it was the chicken bacci pizza I believe. We each also had a glass of wine. Great meal and reasonable prices — will definitely be back to this place — and probably will be sure to go on a 40% off wine night. :)
