I was really disappointed when I came to this store because living by the white house black market outlet I was hoping to have the same great experience. The service at the mall store compared to the outlets is night and day. At the outlets everyone is friendly and helpful. Walking into this store, not one employee said hello or addressed me the entire time. Everyone seemed to busy doing other times to bother with hellos. When I don’t feel comfortable in a store, I don’t stay to try things on… back to the outlets for better prices and service I go.
