AT&T Authorized Retailer

Elisa the manager of this location hooked me up with a great deal on Digital Life. Love these Camera’s and automated garaged door opener.

I have proclaimed my loyalty to this store, and this store alone. FORGET using corporate stores (the one on Bellflower in LB was a complete nightmare 3 times), and just stay with the privately owned franchise, they are more authentic and more interested in building relationships. The manager here is great. After the nightmare on Bellflower trying to get a new IPhone this store is taking complete care of me. They are fair, honest, attentive, polite and knowledgeable. I can’t stand bad service (see my review on the LB Bellfower Store). The easiest way to explain this is that I have a college aged son and I hope when he enters the business world he treats his guests as I was treated at this Spring St. Store. Anything like the other place and he’d be in big trouble.
JUST FORGET THE CORPORATE preference for these stores that is so common and give the small guy a chance. And added benefit, you won’t have to wait an hour!

Pretty sure sales lady had no idea what she was doing. She took 20 minutes on the computer to write up an invoice for the customer before me. When I asked how much longer she expected the current sale to take she said 20 minutes. If it is expected to take an hour plus per customer they should have at least two salespeople. I was ready to hand my money over… Will look for another more efficient «authorized retailer» tomorrow

For an AT&T store this is a hidden gem. Not only is there low traffic here, but the people are actually nice and don’t seem to be up selling you on products. This was the first time I went to an AT&T store and didn’t have to wait 30 minutes before being helped. Check it out but don’t tell anyone ;)

This is one of those locations that produces good customer service people. The problem with that is they go off to shine somewhere else (I miss you Victor and Rocio.)
What I will never be happy about is that there are very few cell phone places that have «live» cell phone models so that you can see if the text is too small or how much trouble the preloaded software is.
This is my biggest gripe about AT&T and all their phones. They WASTE MY PHONE SPACE WITH THEIR SPONSORED SOFTWARE.
What does this mean to you? That anything you bookmark — you have to scroll and scroll to get to. Does that sound convenient?
No? and No. AT&T doesn’t make phones for you to use, they make phones to carry their sponsors; they carry phones that make it inconvenient for you to set up your home page on the browser. They make it hard to get rid of icons that you do not want on your phone.
(Thank you Andrea for knowing this one phone and letting me «see» it in action. At least this phone does zoom in and I can preset the text to large. My last phone, or I should say the replacement model, had a browser that was completely different than the first one (same model) and AT&T took away the choice to enlarge text and zoom in on websites.)
Because they don’t do the service for you, you use the phone in spite of how they have taken over the design and function of what a phone should do for you.
If AT&T ever wants to be THE cell phone service to use, they better think about making their phone customer friendly.
Andrea, I never got the email to fill-​out on your in-​store customer service. You did an excellent job. But this phone still does not load webpages well and still errors that the page is too big to properly display images. I have no doubt that you tried to get me into a phone that will fit most of my needs, and I believe it’s just a limitation on the browser system.
If you go here, ask for Andrea, because she does listen and does know enough to get you answers to your questions. At least, I hope she’s still there when you drop by.
