No need to go to LA and waste time looking for your sounds in the warehouses! Been coming to them for a little over a year for my automotive sound needs! if you need something and they don’t have it, they’ll have it for you within 24 hours! Well recommended! The previous review stands. Having excessive calls and text from the owner trying to get me to take down my review, I feel as though I am being harassed. I appreciate that the owner has a small business, but rather than worrying about a review perhaps it might be better to focus on improving your customer service and quality of communication to your customers.
Additionally, I took my car to another shop to ask about the window tint, as my back window now has a corner peeled off. The gentleman there said that they didn’t need bleach to remove the tint and questioned why they would need to destroy my defroster lines in order to remove the tint. Further, the lines near the removed tint have been damaged and will no longer work. I will have to see if this ruins my entire window defroster or if I will need to address the issue with the panicked and unprofessional owner at this establishment.
I have attached photos of the darkened segment of the orange line (defrost strip), which is the area they broke.
I am also attaching a photo of the window itself after they began removing the tint and then called me to inform me that they would need to destroy the defroster (this is absolutely something that you communicate is a possibility BEFORE you begin). At that point, they had already started removing the tint (see previous review).
Finally, I am attaching a photo of the plastic section bee low the stereo which is scratched up and looks used. The owner assures me this is how they come. My belief is that they purchase the absolute cheapest materials if this is the case. I would also like my original pieces back (the built in box with closing flap) that they removed. The owner was so concerned with this Unilocal review that he never actually addressed any of my concerns as a customer, but simply called to argue (in a nice voice, but still…). I’d suggest they work on improving communication to customers before beginning with all possibility outcomes and that they focus on making the customer feel valued. From my experience I see those as their biggest hinderances to success. Get over the Unilocal review and get better!

Better NO stars. Worse customer service ever. I had my speakers installed on Saturday ⁹⁄₅. I purchase my speakers somewhere else, and speaker harness. One of the installers was trying to pull a fast one by not using the speaker harness I purchased so they can mickey mouse use their own. They think they can pull a fast one to keep my harness. I had to keep an eye on them throughout the install process. Than, one of the installer claim that the front speaker is wrong in the front and try to upsell me their in house speakers. After careful examination, it is the correct speaker I purchase. All they had to do was trim out the old speaker from the bezel and install the new one. Im shock to see this establishment is 4 – 5 star. What a joke and embarassment. Unilocalers here, please search elsewhere for quality service and honest service. This is by far lowest of the low. $&@” you.
UPDATE 9/​19/​15/​: I personally remove one of the door panels in the rear driverside due to some noise. What I found out, The asshole installer cut my speaker harness off and used different size screws to mount my speakers!!! You guys run a scam business.

Great service… Fast and reasonable fair price. Salvador was very knowledgeable and informative on the work being performed. Highly recommended to all of family and friends.

I got my car tint about 2 years ago. I notice that on the passenger side the tint was bubbling up so I brought it back here and Salvador took care of us. With just the receipt that I kept they fixed it for free… He was done in 10 minutes… Great job guys!!!

After posting the previous review, the owner messaged me to try to fix the problem. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on answering or anything but he was so polite and professional that I decided to go ahead and take his word for it. I went to his shop for the last time since he was going to fix the trim and the compartment box bellow the radio. I hate wasting my time specially if I’ve been in a certain place so many times trying to fix a particular problem, but I took the risk to let him fix it. We arrived on Saturday morning as agreed by both parties. He took care of the problems right away and we were able to express our concerns and previous problems with him which he completely understood. We were so astonished by the fact that he fixed the problems not only right away but in less than 15 minutes!!! What a great job he did! We were not disappointed by the finished job!!! If he would have done it in the first place, then we wouldn’t have been back and forth. After seen how well and professional he works, I am thinking of getting my windows tinted at his other shop in San Pedro. Thank you Miguel for taking care of our problems right away and in such a professional manner. We would hope to see you soon, so that we could get our car tinted!

Place can be shady at times. They’ll make some excuse not to redo an installation of tint or audio. Service can be quick and simple if you’re in a rush for tint installation.

Great place! After having my car taken care of by DANNY he also took care of my grandfathers truck right after and gave us a great package deal! Going to recommend my friends here

So my brother and I got out windows tinted here. Danny hooked it up with a good deal since we both got our cars tinted at the same time. He didn’t charge us tax either. He pretty much explained to us what the difference between each tint is. I say go with the lifetime warranty.
He also makes a good point, if you’re going to be driving the car for a while, then you might as well get the better tint.
I drive a Mini Cooper Countryman. My brother drives a G35.

I got my Prius windows tinted there ,
I asked how much for all windows they said $ 130
and when I left I noticed they forgot one small window in the rear.
When I went back they were trying to charge me an extra $ 25
I was kind of upset so I left the place went to Walmart bought a $ 9 roll of tint and did it myself,
