Bean Bag Pros

AVOID, I placed an order a month ago and have gotten no confirmation, no communication, and no response to emails; I’ve also called them twice (spoke to a few people) and have only gotten very SKETCHY answers as to why I still have no bean bag chair.

Bean bags pro is under new management and has been remodeled with more futons and beanbag options. Most product are available same day but longest wait is 4 – 5 business days. I Estephany will personally like to invite you all to see the change and will also like to apologize on behalf of the previous owner for those who showed up and the business was closed.

I was looking in to buying a bean bag for the first time Stephany was really friendly and helpful she didn’t mind me wanting to look at different styles and material I came out with a really nice bean bag over all i am really happy with my bean bag and I would recommend them to all my family and friends I rate them 5 start because friendly, helpful and patient and they even custom make any bean bag the way you want it

Seth is phenomenal. I needed beanbags and pillows for an event within 2 DAYS!!!
The event was an All White Hookah Lounge Birthday Party I planned.
They were able to complete 3 large white fur beanbags, one large silver Poof and several silver and fur pillows just in time for the event!
The beanbags and pillows completed the relaxed lounge look of the venue perfectly!
Seth was very reasonable with his pricing and was willing to work within the budget so that the desired look of the venue could be achieve.
The beanbags, poof and pillows made the event looked unbelievably dreamy, mezmorizing and beautiful.
Not only was Seth accommodating, and helpful, he is also very kind.
I will definitely be calling Seth and his team for my next job!

Same situation as a previous review, came to check out futons during business hours and they weren’t open. They have good selection but not being open during their business hours is ridiculous, drove over 30 mins to check this place out.

For those of you who are considering going here, i will say that the owner messaged me and offered his apologies– doesn’t change the fact that it was inconvenient to drive out to LB only to find the store closed. unfortunately our sale went elsewhere already but I do appreciate the service.

They opened late, but lots of options to customize

I called 30 minutes prior to the store closing for the day… spoke with the owner, Seth, and he was able to give me a run down of the products I was most interested in and was very welcoming over the phone. When I arrived. Seth worked with me on which bean bag chairs were the right fit and I purchased 2 and love them… great add to my TV room.
