BevMo!

Bevmo has a great selection of beer, wine and ginger beer. You can find just about anything you want in this store. The cold section is not that big so you may not find a cold beer you are looking for. You can even order online and pick it up in an hour if you are short on time. They have a great 5 cent wine sale as well. Everyone that works there is friendly and willing to help.

I used to be a regular @ this store but then management changed and everything went downhill fast! The staff basically stands around and talks amongst themselves… they never help customers anymore. The «manager» is a pompus @$$hole who does nothing. I shall take my business a bit farther to the new Total Wine in Long Beach. Farewell, Bevmo! Good riddance.

Located in a fairly large shopping plaza, BevMo is a breath of fresh air within the giant cloud of shallow SoCal atmosphere. (Go ahead, get ur pitchforks out! — – E)
It’s true. This shopping plaza was our first stop in the Cal down under, and the first thing we noticed was that everything was a fitness center, a workout center, a smoothie shop, a vitamin detox shop, some physician office of some sort sporting ads about health and fitness, and Lulumelon type clothing shops. The vegan cafes are great for me, but the dozens of women holding a yoga mat under one arm and wheeling out «organic» meat in their Trader Joe’s cart makes me think the «Plant-​based» diet is popular, not veganism.
So then you have Bevmo, you walk by and barely notice it, until the automatic double doors open in front of you and the mixture of powerful Air Conditioning and malted yeast draws you in.
In here, you will find fellow beer enthusiasts, who won’t mind drinking on a Monday afternoon because why the hell not.
5 cent wine sales because grapes are cheaper than fruit smoothies.
Here at Bevmo, you can have your beer, drink it, and of course go to your Zumba class or Crossfit training afterwards.

One of the most diverse selections in the area. While they carry Absinthe and one of the only stores with more than two selections, they can’t compare to HiTimesWine in Costa Mesa.

Its like the walmart of liquor stores. They will definitely have what you are looking for. They also have some really exotic mixers as well that I hadnt seen. Definitely join club bev so you can get a lower price on just about every product. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with everything.

So helpful when I came in with an obnoxious list of obscure cocktail mixers for my Mad Men Party. Prices were really solid and the staff knew where everything was instantly. It was really refreshing to keep having to bother the same person to help me find like 20 items, and each time she had a huge happy smile and was really nice. That is service my friend. Great place!

BevMo isn’t a great place for boutique, rare, or old… If you’re after anything else alcohol-​wise, chances are, they’ll have it at a BevMo.
This location is much smaller than the one in Cypress, but the staff here are nicer and more knowledgeable.

Always satisfied with selections and service. My new addiction is the Speak Easy brand of beers from SF.

Heard the hype its not what i expected. dont get me wrong it a decent store but they dont have a LARGE variety of IPA’s or Liquors.
its no TOTAL WINE & MORE. now that place has variety.

Bemvo is like the Ralphs of liquor. Decent selection and price. Its always there when need somewhere to go. It serves me a purpose and it does it well.

I expected way more from BevMo! I have heard so many great things about it and I finally decided to check it out. The prices aren’t cheap and are ONLY cheaper if you are a bevmo club member. Overrated.

If you cannot find what you are looking for in here, I don’t know if it exists ;-)
Unbelievable number of wines from all over the world, all kind of alcohol and very good prices.
I usually buy wine/​champagne when they have their special: buy 1 get the 2^nd one for a nickel (seems to me that by law they cannot give it for free).
They guys are very nice and they know their stuff, so don’t be shy and ask for their help (trying to find «Fernet Branca» is not easy, but it is there).

Stocking up for Thanksgiving! I am thankful for wine and IPAs.

Friendly staff who know the pleasures of Game of Thrones and getting drunk.

I was here once for a Far East Movement meet and greet and that was amazing. Most fun meetup. The cherrytree cola was pretty good.

Nicely stocked with a variety of spirits. Picked up some Heineken, only to have it be skunky. As much as they charge, you’d figure the beers would be checked regularly for freshness.
Disappointing.

Been going to this BevMo for at least 6 years.
Parking is always convenient and open. I think more people park at the Trader Joe’s location, while the people that do go into BevMo are in and out of there pretty quickly. Anyways, no problems with parking.
The bf and I like going to this BevMo mainly because of the shopping center it is in. Trader Joe’s, Creative Cakery, Veggie Grill, Nekter Juice… lots of good stores around to just stroll around.
Lots of different liquor that you can get, like all other BevMo’s. Typically, if I need to find something in particular, this BevMo has it, or I go to Total Wines and More in Huntington Beach.
Anyways, the last experience I had was pretty good. Bf wanted a list of stuff. I’m the alcoholic in the relationship, so I actually tend to just wander everywhere and grab stuff I like (read: bourbon, rum, beer), instead of finding specific things. Anyways, I needed to find Marsala, sweet and sour mix, and Cointreau. I guess I looked pretty lost or out of place, but an attendant found me, asked if I needed help, and I gratefully recruited his help. I showed him the list, and he went charging forward to find the Marsala. They did have Marsala, but only one brand, and it was either Sweet or Dry. I picked out the dry. Next was Cointreau, which he had a good idea on what it was, but wasn’t 100% sure because neither one of us could even pronounce the name correctly. He found it, dead on, once I was able to verify that I recognized it. Next was sweet and sour mix. He found that dead on.
Overall, definitely really refreshing when you find someone who knows what they’re doing, where to get stuff, and is knowledgeable. THANK YOU!

A great place to find a wide selection of wine from the world at incredibly affordable prices. Sometimes it’s hit or miss with the quality, but that goes for vino any place you buy it, taste unknown.
I specifically went to BevMo looking for a orange flavored vodka to give as a birthday gift. I found an orange vanilla concoction from Voli locked up in a plastic cage at a reasonable price. It took me a few minutes to find someone to free said Voli from its prison, but the clerk did notice that the display bottle was scratched and found an undamaged version for me.
I like the selection of everything available at BevMo. Lots of shiny objects and things I could ALWAYS find a use for, unlike shopping at Big Snots or FOB China crap stores. Booze wears well in almost all the right occasions.
I wish there was a BevMo a little closer to me with a less crowded parking lot and erratic drivers. I know that other locations have greater selections and I should frequent them more often. It’s a happy place for those of us who like to drink. Sign up for a free membership and receive discounts.
