I went there today with my brother to have a growth removed which included cutting and removing a portion of his fingernail and finger. First off he walked into the room and was just very rude and asked me «who are you?» with major attitude and then tried to cut off my brothers fingernail with out any numbing agent and when i say fingernail i don’t mean the dead white part I mean the fleshy still attached to millions of nerve ending and blood vessels. I thought this was 2015 not medieval times like WTF???
So as my brother is grimacing in pain and telling him it hurts he continues to keep going so knowing my brother and how he is i said to the doctor «I think he is a little nervous about the pain and would probably do better with a little numbing» and this is all after my brother already asked about numbing it the doctor looks at me and tells me to leave the room and i said «excuse me?» he then says to my brother are you over 18 and then tries to tell me to leave again and I said no I’m not leaving he wantS ME here. We ended up leaving right after because who wants a doctor who is going to intentionally put you through agonizing pain when there is no need for it… long story short I DON’T KNOW IF HE GOT HIS DOCTORATE ONLINE OR WHAT BUT WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE AND THIS FUCKER IS A HORRIBLE PIECE OF SHIT FAKE ASS DOCTOR!

I’m very happy with the health care I receive from Dr. Dowlati. He is a very knowledgeable and caring dermatologist. A problem that has plagued me for years has finally been resolved. Kudos to him!
