These people do not really want your business. They cancelled my appointment with less than one hour of notice because of rain.(They clean gutters, for crying out loud), I rescheduled and called two days before the scheduled appointment and asked if I could possibly change the appointment because I had a conflict. They curtly said«I’m sorry but I don’t think we can accommodate your schedule because you already cancelled.» I reminded them that THEY had canceled the appointment. The woman again parroted«I’m sorry but I don’t think we can accommodate your schedule,». REALLY? Beware…Severe attitude problem here. One star only because I had to…
