About a week ago, I had the good fortune to be the subject of a Bry Sundstrom photoshoot. We had actually met years earlier on a set and when we had occasion to meet up again a few months ago, Bryan took the opportunity to show me some of his recent work — as it happens, I was looking for someone to take some publicity shots for me — after seeing Bryan’s portfolio, I asked if he’d be interested in doing my shots. While still(relatively) new in this end of the business professionally, his previous work was excellent and I also knew that he’d bring out the best in me after we spoke a bit about our ideas for the shoot… I’m not exactly comfortable in front of the camera, but on the day, Bryan put me at ease. The shoot was relaxed and casual. His makeup artist, Carmen Marie, was top-notch and made me look good, and overall it was a fun couple of hours. When I saw the shots a short time later, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m usually loathe to look at pictures of myself, but Bryan made me look the way I wish I looked all the time… and that is worth every penny… but don’t take my word for it… set up a photoshoot and see for yourself!
