Love the food but just horrible service !!! Horrible service!!! I come in and first of all not even a simple smile or hello … And they keep saying anything else? Never coming back here !!! Very disappointed!!! I see why Burger King is going down hill !!!

I love burger King but this place is always such a pain in the butt. Service is always slow, don’t get you the condiments you want unless you ask them 20 times in a row in front of there face, and for some reason their burgers here taste a bit off.

I have to agree with Rick N., the employees at this location do try and they do care for the most part.
I come here once in a while and notice that they always hustle and to try to be as efficient as possible, they have no control over being understaffed so I understand that.
And as of recent, Burger King has been stepping up with their value menu, which is good to have when you’re in a jiff and minimizing your lunch budget.

Worst BK and management EVER!!! This location is horrible!!! Today for the THIRD time they have had NO sauce!!! And the assistant manager Jose even told me they were out of ketchup packets. How hard is it to pick up the phone and call another BK or distribution center and ask for delivery?! Or to stay on top of your inventory?! Might also help to advise people on the intercom that you have no sauce when they order nuggets or even before they pay. He also forgot a coke I had ordered, but corrected it when I asked.
Every time I have come, their service and drive thru is the slowest I have ever dealt with. I hope a higher manager, owner, or executive at BK see how poor the management is at this location.

So I like coming here. And sometimes they get my order wrong. It’s ok. They actually care and try here. Unlike a lot of places.
I have notice that they’re severely understaffed. Especially at lunch time with the kind of people they have coming in here. Some people are crazy and don’t know how to act right or have/​apply common sense, manners, etc.
Even with this going on they still do great, they’re nice and remember my order.

Food sucks gone down hill. Better to get In n Out orChippotle signal hill or pollo loco. Drive thru is mest up the cement when exiting

This is, by far, the slowest fast-​food drive thru I’ve been to. 10 minute wait this time @9pm and 20 minute wait @1030am the previous time without apologies from the staff. It would be nice to have a cheery face to meet at the window, too. I guess this is their norm. I just saw a mouse running on the side of the building. Awesome…

This was my first meal at Burger King, really. I did come in last summer for a soft serve vanilla cone but I carried it out, and it was the only thing I consumed. First, it took about ten minutes of waiting at the counter before anyone showed up to take my order. And there were no other customers in the restaurant. When a clerk did show up, he was sullen and taciturn. Fine, I don’t care that much. Just take my order. Which he did, except he got it wrong. It took another ten minutes for me to get my food, and the people who showed up after me had a larger order and still got their food first. Of course, my order was wrong, with the onions missing and my ice cream forgotten, so I had to get back in line to fix that. There were two Coke machines, and one of them was broke. When I finally took a bite of my burger, it was cold. There was trash all over the place: on the tables, on the floors, on the counter, and the bathroom! The toilet paper dispenser was empty AND broken, there was blood on the toilet, and of course no soap. Plus the lock was broken on the door. I also noticed several light fixtures were burned out, and the overall condition of the restaurant was just… poor: dirty, cracked, shabby… weird because it seems to have been remodeled recently. I will say the fries were good and hot. There was a TV mounted on the wall but it wasn’t on. Probably broken.
I should have gone to McDonalds across the street. I HAVE been to that restaurant many times, and have always been impressed by the order and cleanliness and quality of the food.

all i have to say is the iced mocha is frggin’ delicious! the chicken sandwich was hot and juicy, actually pretty good but i didn’t get a receipt even tho i asked for it, they said it would be in the bag. they threw in there 2 ranches, one cut open at the top, the fact they are serving without checking is very bad. overall, the staff was friendly and didn’t wait too long…

Terrible service at drive through each and every time! Why do we have to repeat our order at the window if you’ve already taken it at the speaker box? Even then they always get it wrong even after asked 3 times

Poor quality Burger. Wont be back ever to a BK whopper combo 7 bucks and something close to 8bucks. For 8 bucks I would rather go get something more health like pollo loco, chippotle or even In n out cheaper and fresher. Bk has lost my biseness for good.

Food is regular nothing out of the ordinary, but they get 3 stars cause they always seem to be under staffed. Not enough hands to keeps the place clean.

I haven’t been to Burger King for years, and the only reason I came back is because their Chicken Fries are back!
My cousin and I were talking about how good their chicken fries were back then, and of course they were good because our parents bought them for us when we were kids. But when your older and have a part time job, $ 6.95 for 18 pieces of Chicken Fries? WTF! Thats like $ 7.00!
The price kinda ruined it for me, and my cousin and I split it, so like 9 pieces each. Maybe if it was a little cheaper, it would be all right.

Terrible service at the drive thru. Took about 5 minutes to take my order. Then another 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. On top of that, usually the order is wrong. The bread is old and hard probably expired and the workers there look miserable. Sadly it’s the only BK around here to eat at.

Average Burger King.

Came by because I got coupons in the mailers for a free real fruit smoothie and free small caramel frappé.

The workers were very nice and tried to process my order as soon as they could. I told them ahead I had the coupons and they had no problem taking it at the window. Overall, yay for free stuff otherwise I wouldn’t come by BK but that’s how they lure you in the first place…

I hate writing reviews for fast food places, it’s like writing a review for the only gas station in 400 miles. if we had a choice (whether time/​location/​motivation) we’d be elsewhere.
That being said, don’t come here if you have less than 25 minutes to sit in the drive thru. Be prepared to repeat your order at least twice, not because it’s complicated but because someone asked for your order, but was just kidding about being ready for it then asks you again because they weren’t listening.
Eventually got my whopper, which holy shit, since when is a friggen whopper $ 4? Anyhow, food was eventually decent.
