Forgive me father for I have sinned. Is it not as bad if you get the All Natural burger? Because the combo was on special for $ 5. The onions on that thing we’re sweet and crisp being the highlight of this delicious self shaming meal.
I think I just relapsed. 12 steps here I come.
Customer service was consistent and quick.

They advertised at a Clippers game that if the Clippers scored more than 100 points and won you get a free breakfast sandwich the next day. So for the first time in about 9 years I go to Carl’s Jr. and I present me and my girlfriends tickets and they say we need a voucher. Well they weren’t giving out vouchers at the game and they wouldn’t give me anything so I went next door to McDonald’s and we had breakfast there. I don’t think I’ll be stepping inside a Carl’s Jr. for another 9 years. Waste of my time. Guy was nice.

This is the worst Carl’s Jr ever!
I ordered a burger with no onions, extra pickles, very simple, yet I received the opposite, and the burger was cold. I ask for ranch, said we are all out.,
Asked for the manager I requested a refund, Manager never questioned why, He obviously could care less!
I would rather I spend my hard earned money where it’s appreciated!!!

This place was actually very horrible I ordered my food had a security guard stare me down as if I’m a black person so he wanted to make sure I didn’t do anything stupid that when I got all the way home and ate my chili cheese dogs I bit into a big fat chipped bone in my food but I could’ve swallowed or Could have stabbed me and had me bleeding and had me go to the emergency room don’t go here please

I was driving by and saw that they had a new shake called Lemon Cake. I love lemon cake so I had to try it. Unfortunately when I received my shake it was warm and runny. So much for hand scooped. I should’ve went to Louis Burger or Jack In The Box where my shakes are always the correct temperature and consistency. You let me down Carl’s Jr. I hate you.

Very good place, open 24hours, so very comfortable to use drive through in the night, very good location, easy to find and very fast service. Thank you.

Great place for food. Due to the places location. I mad a mistake for giving a bad review a long time ago. So making up for it. Had a bad day that day. I apologize. Great service. Carl’s superstars with cheese is the best.

i love carls jr. but this place stinx. i gave this lady my bogo coupon for those delicious country breakfast burritos and i thought she deducted the burrito already as i told her when ordering at the speaker.
when i pulled up my food was ready and i handed her my coupon and gift card. she gave me a my food and gift card back and sent me on my way.
food was there so i left didnt think about being overcharged. when i got home and was eating my burritos i was looking at the receipt and she never took off the extra burrito after i told her i have a coupon and handed it to her on top of my gift card so she would see it. man what a beyotch this place is ghetto. i would not go back cuz they would probably spit in my food after seeing this review. there is a couple other carls around here so ill just go there.
avoid this one service is crap although the food is good.

Where to start? Carl’s Jr.‘s is Carl’s Jr. I’ve always loved the Western bacon cheeseburgers. So when I saw that they had them back on the menu two for five dollars it made me very happy. Got to enjoy that a couple of times went back today and was told it is now $ 5.55. So I figure OK whatever it’s worth I’m in the mood for so I order it. Along with my other vice of Carl’s Jr. The cris cut French fries. Now I have only been to this location one other time and had a good experience. So I had no problem passing another one to get to this location. As it is closer to my house and figured why not have warm food. And then it happened I get home and open the bag. Apparently they don’t only offer A Western bacon cheese burger they must also offer a Western bacon burger. They have too or the person making the burgers forgot the cheese and we all know that’s not possible or is it? Now as I had already made it home there was no way I was going to go get back in my car and drive all the way back over there. But I thought I should do something so I gave them a call the girl that answers is nice. She asked what I would like her to do for me. Now like I said I was not going back so I just told her to tell whoever was making the food to pay attention! Had I wrote this review after my first visit It would have been a four star. Now with the price going up I know that’s not just this location but it all factors in. So that and forgetting my cheese it would be a two star but the girl on the phone saved it.

Went to Carl’s Jr over the weekend and lucky me I got burnt jalapeño poppers. This is the first time in my life that I’ve gotten burnt food from a fast food restaurant way to go Carl’s jr.

The beef burger with bacon taste good, better than any of mac’s. But chips and onion rings need to improve. Chicken salad is normal, and the size of a large drink is really impressive.

Worst Carl’s Jr. Ever. Do not eat here!!! My partner and I have a night out, got a little tipsy. Walked home and stopped here for junk food. It was so nasty. Even drunk. You know food is bad if you can’t eat it while
Intoxicated. So gross.

This night crew is on point! Friendly, efficient and totally read my mind on needing ketchup, it was in the bag when I received it! Fries are fresh and crispy! Great job guys!

Very slow, seeing that the line was getting longer and longer the cashier would not ask someone to open another register until someone else took the initiative to open one up. Sadly these franchises customer service has been really horrible lately.

All I know is that this place is down the street from my house and it has always been down the street from my house for as long as I have lived in Long Beach. And that’s all I know.

Not my type of place for breakfast but I stopped by anyway. It was okay.
I ordered a biscuit with cheese and eggs combo but it was too salty for my taste buds. It was good but I’ll definitely stick to buying the western bacon cheeseburger instead. Like I said, breakfast at Carls is not for me. Lunch at Carls sounds better
Customer service was great, friendly and nice.
The restaurant looked clean and the restroom even smelled like Clorox! That’s always a plus.
I’d also like to add that there’s a security on duty.

Be carefule when ordering a combo. They’ll ask, «medium or large?» But either answer will make your order more expensive. Combos are small by default. They dont explicitly lie to you, but it is surely a sleazy tactic to squeeze a few more cents out of you. Also, there is a security dude with a gun pacing back and forth as you eat your food. It’s a little bit unnerving.

This is a first time… don’t normally hit places like this but the staff was just amazing and so nice… said good morning carried conversation wow what?!
The drive through was very fast accurate and good stuff !
The drive through can be tricky so just pay attention to the signs :-)

Back in love again, old school food at its best. I love visiting you my friend but I can only have you once in awhile so I’m going to make it count.
I ordered the new smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit it was really good, very tasty loads of flavor the sausage was juicy nicely seasoned.
I also ordered the original sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Yummy as always.
For dessert I bought the strawberry pop tart ice cream sandwich it’s delicious!
At Carl’s Jr. The food is affordable and it’s usually pretty good, for a place that’s been around forever you have to admit it is the BOMB!
They have great hamburgers, fish and chicken sandwiches, French fries drinks and more.
If you want top notch 5 Star food this is so not the place for you, if you want perfect service this really is not the place for you.
But if you want an occasional greasy dip in the relatively unhealthy pool this Is the place for you…
A lot of young kids work here and go to school give them a break if they mess up don’t put them down .
Just be sure to check your order before you leave.

Two stars. One too many stars for location and staffing. Lunch time is busy and there didn’t seem to be enough people to fulfill the orders through both drive thru and in-​service.
I had ordered three meals, and I went there solo on my lunch break so I can drop the meals off for the kiddos. When my order was called after a 20 minute wait, and self service on fountain drinks, I had to ask for a cup holder… the employee then asked. ketchup? I responded, «no thank you. Cup holder, please.»
…Ketchup?
O.o «Cupholder… Cuuuupholder.»
Do you want ketchup?
Cupholder. -.-
Got my cupholder… and that concluded my visit.
My suggestion: English is the international business language. Learn it, or don’t do business.
