Chase Bank

I needed a Chase Bank saw this one and lucky me has a drive thru. This place is super clean, super empty, and was super convenient. So from my experince it was awesome but not sure about the inside it was closed…

Talk about customer service! Do they know what this is? They have lost a long time customer! Won’t affect them none but hey to each there own. After calling customer service 3 times to get my notifications fixed, no one seemed to be able to help or get a solution for me. I didn’t mind paying the fee just didn’t want to pay it again so was trying to prevent it. Oh well! Girl closed my account as soon as I walked in handed me my money and then asked why I was leaving. So I tell her and now she tries to save the day sorry!!! Got my money already bye!!! Credit union here I come!!!

As much as I hate paying rent. I hate waiting in line this chase. They always have 1 teller and a long line full of idiots. I have an out of date landlord and he prefers me to go to chase and pay my rent. So every new month I have to suffer in this hell hole. Get more people for goodness sake. There are about 4 personal bankers all the time and only 1 teller every darn time I come here.

It’s Friday and there is only 1 teller. Why?! This is absolutely ridiculous. Please check out my picture. How is this possible?

Never enough people

This place never seems to be busy no matter what time I come in (which is always on a Saturday) which I love. No longer do I have to rush to the bank in the morning to avoid having to wait around all day.
The tellers are also always very friendly and helpful which makes for an even better experience. Needless to say, I love this location.

Go only if you have a lot of time to waste. They only have 1 teller on a daily basis.

I rarely go inside of a chase but every so often I do for fun. This location is one of the newer ones and it’s very well kept and operated. The staff is always attentive and very friendly.

Was going down Carson, hoping to find a Chase bank and, lo and behold, found one! This Chase didn’t pop up when I was checking GoogleMaps, so I was definitely surprised to see it when the bf and I was cruising.
Nice-​sized parking lot, and there’s a drive-​thru ATM. When walking inside, it’s very clean. Looks pretty new.
I just needed to make a quick withdrawal, so I went to the island counters, filled out a withdrawal form, went to the window, slid my debit card, put in my code, and waited for the gentleman to process my withdrawal request. The only thing that threw me off is that he said «20, 40, 50, 80, 100» when he was counting the $ 20 bills. And, because I count in my head while they’re counting, it completely confused me for a second when he said «50». Then my brain caught up with me, checked that there were the correct number of $ 20 bills, and I was fine. But, geez, that could be a liability if they somehow record their employees or their customers (although I think the recording of voices is illegal unless someone a signage is put up that recordings are in process).
Anyways, it was a very quick transaction, and I was in and out of the door in under 2 minutes. Not much of a line on a Saturday morning, plentiful parking, and had no real issues.

I chilled outside while here, but my mother says its nice and the employees have great attitudes :-)

Dammit, am I a glutton for punishment or am I just finding a way to get my money back from this bank?
I had an account with Chase, but I closed it after they started to charge me crazy fees for a so called ‘service’ they were providing. Anyway, I suppose the carrot they waved in front of me was enough to lure me back to their bank.
I got a weird vibe from the banker assisting me. He was friendly enough, but from the first impression it felt really fake (like a car salesman). I felt a little creeped out. He knew my address because of my ID, but when he described the cross street that’s where I felt a little weird. I suppose it didn’t help that I had just gone through some training about safety, security and how to protect your identity in a seminar. There were some other questions he asked and I just kept it short and simple. I didn’t want to go into any details fearing my identity would be stolen because of the people in the surrounding area. He kept asking if I knew my password. Yes I do, but I’m not going to log in at this time. He was just a little too pushy about it and I just wanted to open my account and leave.
There’s plenty of parking, drive up ATM machines and overall it’s just another financial institution. Don’t get me wrong, its a nice bank, but I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon. I’ll just stick to online banking at this time.
