Jacob Poon and his wife, Jenny, go out of their way to accomodate their clients for appointments and services. The hair styling and cutting and coloring are exceptional. and I have gone to them for nearly 30 years, and wouldn’t dream of having anyone else do the professional skilled work that they do. They display patience and care, professional attitudes, warmth and charm, and go out of their way to make sure clients are comfortable and well cared for. I have no problem in driving to their charming salon… it’s freeway accessible, and am always warmly welcomed!

I have been going to Jacob for over 30 years now. He always cuts my hair exactly the way I ask him to every time. I highly recommend him for highlights also. Jacob always does such a wonderful natural looking job. You won’t find a better person to work on your hair. Even when he changed locations I followed him. I won’t go to anyone else. Not ever.

Professional, consistent, accommodating, friendly — have been coming to Jenny for several years now and am so glad she’s here for me and my grandsons. She’s been terrific!

I love every change of style he suggests and I especially love my purple frosting he has given to me for 10 years. I drive a considerable distance for the BEST OF THE BEST.

I have been going to Jacob and Jenny for too many years to remember. They are both artists and friends. Their business feels like home, because home is wherever they are. I now drive 40 minutes to their shop and I still don’t care how far away it is. It’s where I need to go when it’s time for a haircut!

Jacob is an artist! He’s one of the few people I will say «Do whatever you like, I trust you!»

Jennie Poon is the best. And her husband Jacob is right there beside her. Jennie is so flexible with her schedule! I was scheduled for this coming Saturday and had to change it because of a work event. I called her this morning and went in this afternoon. This is typical of how she operates her business. The customer comes first. In the past, I have had my hair done as early as 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday and as late as 7:00 pm on a Sunday.
I have long thick, thick hair. My husband says I have «lion head» when I don’t straighten it. Jennie did a Yuko treatment to straighten my hair and get the friz out. Amazing what it has done for me. I can blow dry it and wear it as is or straighten it in half the time as before. I LOVE IT!
Her salon has great «stuff» too. Foundation, eye liner, hair accessories, hair products, etc. I am always trying something new.

My family and I have been going to Jennie for YEARS. She is a master at cutting hair. She knows how to texture and cut my thick hair to make it feel lighter. I am always happy with her haircuts. She cut side swept bangs today and she did such a perfect job. It was exactly how I wanted it. I feel stylish. I love Jennie!

I have been getting my hair cut by Jeanie Poon for several years now. She is the only person I trust to cut my hair! She actually listens to her clients on what they want for their hair. She also gives honest suggestions and opinions on hair styles that would flatter your face better.
She is very friendly and flexible with time appointments. She will even stay late or come in early if you can only get your hair cut during a specific time.
She is a very wonderful hair stylist and you will be very happy with your hair after your 1^st visit.
