I had a so so experience. First off, the work was top notch, everything came out looking great. The issue I had was the time I was quoted and the time it took. First of all, it took 4 days to write the estimate, sounds like it shouldn’t take that long, but it did. I had rented a car for 10 days, I was told no way it would take that long, 5 days was all they would need. So I dropped my vehicle off on friday. The next friday. I called 5 business days later, and was told my enclave wouldn’t be done til Monday due to more damage then they expected, but for sure Monday. Monday comes, I call, was told they were waiting for another part, it was a holiday so wasn’t gonna be done. But, Tuesday for sure. Then Tuesday comes I call, not gonna happen cuz part arrived late and it was being painted, but Wednesday definitely. I complained about the time it was taking, cuz I had rented a car, was offered that they would pay for the car, every day over monday, OK sounds good. I take off work early on Wednesday to pick up my car and drop off the rental. Was told, that one of the headlights they received was cracked, they had to order another one, I got upset about all the delays, they took care of a issue I had with paint for free, much appreciated, and was guaranteed that my car would be finished on friday. Pick my car up friday, looks great, I’m happy with the work. Drop of the rental bill, was told everything should be done on Monday. I call Monday and the person I was dealing with was out sick, OK not huge deal, her boss told me, he would take care of it or make sure it would be handled with the next day. I didn’t hear from them on tuesday, I called on Wednesday and my paper work still hadn’t been submitted. Was told that I would be called on Thursday. Got call saying it was just now submitted and I could pick it up after 8 am on Friday. I picked it up on Friday, was a bit different than amount I had expected. I got upset. I wish I hadn’t, but after I let them explain the charges I understood, I understand they did things to make me happy, but there is something to be said for doing things when promised, or being more honest about when it will be finished. Would have been 5 stars if that would have happened. I was told that they bent over backwards to make me happy, but they just didn’t think it was possible. That isn’t true. I was happy on Friday when I picked up my car, but like everything else with this experience, was promised something would be done at this time, but took an extra 4 or 5 days.

My parked 2013 Prius was hit by an uninsured driver. AAA recommended Craftsman Collision and a few other places close by. The following morning, I was able to contact Pam (super helpful receptionist) and Mike, my point person.
Honestly, I was sick to my stomach about the whole process, especially since I’m leasing my Prius and how the dealer always reminds me that Prius parts are ugly expensive ($ 3500 for a battery cap??). Mike brought me back to reality with his lifetime guarantee on genuine Prius parts and service, also a promise to return the car to factory condition.
Not only does my car look brand new, the new parts make the car more efficient — was getting estimated 500 miles for a full tank, now get 595! Before: 52mpg After: 59mpg. Soooo happy! Thanks Pam & Mike!

Mike was so helpful and friendly. I brought my car in with a slow leak and he helped me track down where to get the tire I need for the best price. He made phone calls for me and really put my mind at ease. He’s funny and considerate, and made me feel important, even though he knew he would have to send my business elsewhere. This is a great business with great people working here. Pam at the front desk is also fantastic. I talked to someone in the back too who showed me my tire and told me what to expect when tire shopping so I don’t get ripped off. I’ve been here twice, and both times the customer service was stellar. Highly recommended! I believe you will be taken care of here.

I apparently have terrible luck. Not even 8 months after being rear ended at a stop light by someone who was also stopped at said light, I was rear ended pretty horrifically on the 91 on my way to work one morning. Of course the person who hit me left, I called CHP, all the routine things.
Well, I took my car to Craftsman because Mike was still there after Estorgas made the switch. Mike took care of my dad’s truck and did a great job, so I knew I’d be in great hands. Mike informed me my car may have to be totalled. I begged. I still owe money on the car and what I would get back if it was totalled would not be enough for a down payment on a car similar to my own. He said he’d work the numbers. He delivered. He was able to keep my car from being totalled. THANK YOU!
It took about a month to get my car back, the damage was pretty extensive. When I picked up my car this Tuesday… words…lost the words. But it was a magical transformation to a car better than before the accident!!! AMAZING!
They even detailed it, inside and out! :) (It’s a magical thing called customer service, it’s real folks!)
Of course, 36 hours after I get it back, my coworker came into my office to let me know he scraped the side of my car while parking. (Don’t use your phone while driving OR parking!!) So it’s back to Craftsman I go… But I know I’ll be taken of, thanks guys!

Craftsman collision did a wonderful job repairing my front fender. They also fixed a dent in my hood without charging me. I really appreciate their great detail work and for helping me out since I was already paying the deductible for my insurance company. Fernando decided to do that for me. Thank you, craftsman collision.

I had a mishap on the freeway, not sure if something hit me or I hit something but I have a bent wheel cover to show for it. I wasn’t sure if the car was okay to drive, since I commute from Long Beach to Pasadena, it’s an important question.
AAA insurance suggested Craftsman Collision and so I stopped by and talked to Michael Godfrey, Estimator. He took my car for a drive, reassured me I had nothing to worry about, gave me a couple of suggestions on how to handle the replacement of the tire cover when I have the extra cash.
I was really thankful that Michael didn’t put me through any unnecessary estimating costs or take advantage of my insurance — and he was sensitive to my concerns. I would recommend this shop to anyone — they have integrity.

I have only positive comments, kudos and compliments for the exceptional staff at Craftsman Collision!!! Working for an airlines whose very foundation and work culture was, and still is, to provide: «Legendary» customer service –I was extremely impressed with the genuine friendliness, competence and professional demeanor from the minute you enter their office, to their consistent updates and finally when your car is handed back to you in mint condition! I truly appreciated Michael’s extra efforts in returning my car two days sooner than promised so that I could have it for my next flight out. Being welcomed by such a warm and hospitable employee as Pam, also set the «tone» in dealing with something as unfortunate as having to give up your car following an accident. Craftsman Collision does excellent work and are incredibly friendly and thorough! They keep you informed through every step of the repair. Allstate was not going to authorize a «new» bumper (they only wanted to pay for a repaired salvaged piece) and CC fought my insurance and was able to get a new bumper– I never had to lift a finger. Excellent service and I will refer anyone who needs repair work in the future.

Stellar service! Pam was very nice, from first contact on the phone, to meeting her in person when I went in for the estimate. This was especially important to me while I was ironing out the details of the deductible with my insurance company.
Fernando Erazo was very thorough with the explanation of work to be performed, and met the completion time frame in which they provided. The final detailing definitely exceeded my expectations. My car looks and feels like the clock has been set back to when I first bought it.

Their access to local car rental companies, helped me get in, out & in a rental quick.
At the end of it all, felt great driving my brand new, «restored» truck home. Felt like I was driving it home for the first time.
