Most of the time the only problem I have is with the register women being grumpy. But this last time I took in a CVS $ 15 voucher that I received for taking a very long survey but the couldn’t process it because what I was trying to buy was $ 15.50. Ten minutes later my coupon was processed without purchasing anything. All they offered was to call the main office. — and they were just as bad. Walgreens or Vons across the street from here on out!

Thank you Jose Herrera for making my visit to the pharmacy a pleasant one. It’s nice to be treated like a customer again in this cvs pharmacy. It nice to see a smiling face and feels like being welcome. Thanks. Holly thanks for the reminders.

Awesome customer service! Sal was professional when he checked me out tonight. Brian, the store manager was so great. He let me get my pictures early so I could send photos home with my 91 year old Nana! Thanks, store 9579! You rock. Update, came in at 7 am and found the amazing store manager Brian again! He said his schedule is strange just this week. But wow, a chipper, professional and positive guy. Lives excellent customer service. CVS has a culture I really like. Across stores.

I can’t say I like this CVS. At least every other time, if not every time, there are solicitors right outside the front entrance. But this is where I get my prescriptions. It’s where I’ve always gotten my prescriptions, and where I used to always pick up prescriptions for my grandma. As long as I can remember, Sharon at the pharmacy has given me the best customer service. No matter how long it has been since I was last there(I’m usually only there 1 – 2 a month), she always greets me with a smile and great service. Sharon is the reason I continue to get my prescriptions here. Even though I’ve been tempted to move to the CVS right around the corner from my place, or even, dare I say it, transfer my prescriptions to Target. Besides the pharmacy, I don’t care for this CVS. They will rarely open more than one register despite a long line, and it’s really pretty hard to find anyone if you have a question or need any help.

Of course living close to this CVS makes it my favorite one, but it services a large area and needs to be open 24 hours…

This is the worse CVS I’ve ever came across and I swore to myself that only ‘thanks’ to the store supervisor Stephanie I will NEVER go in to any CVS again. Walgreen’s are so ahead of them, in so many levels, but this unprofessional– Unwilling to help a customer Stephanie is just the last straw for me. It takes a lot to get me to write this sort of review on anything.

Large CVS, restrooms. People in front asking for money which I hate. Mediocre area.

Went inside this place today to get my «flu shot»…but got this Asian lady(Pharmacist since there’s a picture of her up in a corner by the blood pressure machine) and Indian/Hispanic looking lady whom I assume is the Pharmacist Tech. Both did not acknowledge that I was there for a good 5 minutes. The Indian lady never looked up the entire time I was standing there. Eventually, the Asian Lady asked if I needed help. Had to go over to the Indian/Hispanic looking lady to fill out some paper work and stand in line. Again, had to wait a bit while she was completing whatever task she was working on. Waited another 5 – 10 minutes and watch the Pharmacist and the Pharmacist Technician work behind the counter. They don’t seem happy. They both look like they«HATETHEIRJOB». No kidding. Was watching how the Asian lady was dealing with the customers. The Indian lady was doing something again on the computer. I watch them both the entire time. The Indian lady had the nerve to ask me how I was gonna pay for it. «CASH’…do I look like I’m not gonna pay??? Stereotyping me already… how racist. After waiting for a while, I just decided to just leave the store without my flu shot. I had that vibe that they were gonna fuck me up if I went through with the flu shot here for $ 29.95. Again, waste of my time to even walk into this place today. It reeks of just poor professionalism and pisses me off as usual. No Thanks.

Easy to pop in and get my essentials. No hassle and can always use my coupons.

Probably the only place that consistently pisses me off every time I go. When this place was SAV-ONS, it was awesome. Now it’s just irritating having to deal with the services. None of the workers act like they give a rats ass about helping you. What annoys me the most is standing in line for a quick purchase and having to wait 10 or more minutes because they refuse to open up more than one register at a time. You would think that when there’s a long line, the second person behind the counter would open up a second line. But he/she just makes a bad attempt to act pre-occupied. A lot of the time, that person is the manager himself so it figures the rest of the employees just follows suit. Rite-Aid is just down the block on San Antonio and Atlantic. Go there instead. Better, quicker service and you don’t have to deal with the same homeless guy who always camps outside CVS.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but the last several times I’ve visited, it just reeks. At first I thought I was just walking behind a professional athelete who hadn’t bathed in several weeks, but it’s definitely the store itself. Okay, it’s large and well stocked and generally clean, but seriously, it stinks like Satan’s armpit! And you know how when you walk in a place that smells, after a few minutes you build up an immunity or something and can’t smell it anymore? Well, I spent about 15 minutes shopping and it smelled as bad when I left than when I entered. Either there’s a gym in hell that is continuously piping its eau de B.O. into the cental air of this place, or it’s some kind of evil spirit stink that needs several priests and a few dozen gallons of industrial strength Pine Sol to exorcize it.
