I went into the shop… this guy is busy. Lots of equipment… nicely arranged chaos. The guy knows his stuff… I was interested in buying a refurbished MacBook Pro. He had quite a few… all in great condition. He let me tinker and test, then scooted me out with an excellent deal on a computer that’ll last me a long time. Good new location… right down from LBCC… those students should all come down here for their repairs and computer needs. Good stuff… nice guy. Great business…

My PC crashed and they fixed it in less than 2 hours. Great Service at a great price.

I visited Cybers Geek for the first time yesterday after my Windows 10 Upgrade went awry on my laptop. The technician was very accomodating and efficient in troubleshooting my issue — since my boot files got corrupted during the process, my existing Windows 7 Operating system would have to be restored with my data getting reloaded after my hard drive was backed up. He provided these services efficiently at a very reasonable cost. This is my new go-​to place for any computer issues.

I had a hardware issue with my gaming rig. I thought the motherboard was ruined but I screwed something else up while cleaning the inside of my PC.
Anyway, I brought it to Cybers Geek today. Right away DaDa attends me and runs a diagnostic. He had to wipe the hard drive clean. He had my PC ready in 2 – 3 hours. The price was reasonable.
I strongly recommend Cybers Geek. They’re closing their South Gate location either this month or next, so visit them soon or go to their Long Beach store if you want top quality service.

This is my go to spot when I need a good working high end used computer on the cheap. He has a very good selection of good stuff. Im a computer technician of 15 years. Anytime I need computers this is the first place for the past couple of years. Friendly service and always a good deal. I typically buy the dell optiplex and precision workstations.

Dara is very knowledgeable and friendly. I been coming here with my computer issues for years. He has always been able to fix my computer issues. Fast service. Just drop off and pick up the same day. I have purchased laptops from him for myself and my daughter. His prices are very reasonable and always negotiable. I highly recommend this place!

Been coming here after I graduated high school on 2011. And I must say that this repair shop has never given me a headache. Always professional and on time I’ve been here multiple times and have recommended this place to many of my colleagues who have problems with there devices. Been a client for three years and I don’t plan on leaving this awesome shop behind.

Brought 2 laptops had one trackpad replaced 1 hard drive replaced service was fast and the price was right

This merchant is the most disreputable I have ever encountered in my life, I’m 57.
Brags of having 5 eBay accounts (unless you are dishonest you only need one.)
Lists more than 6 brick and mortar locations (for an honest merchant it’s called franchising, when your dishonest it’s called a racket)
Provided an undeliverable address to eBay for returning defective Items.
I purchased a replacement laptop screen on eBay.
The eBay ad claimed Tested Twice and 100% working.
When I hooked up the Screen there were dead pixels or blotches under the glass. (Only a blind man could miss it.)
I opened a «Not as Described» Case on eBay’s Resolution Center and sent photos by eBay Message.
The Seller bypassed the Resolution Center threw eBay Message to invite me to open the sealed Screen to fix it. (In hind sleight; I think he wanted me to violate the sale by tampering with the Screen.) I did not open it.
He offered to pay return shipping by eBay Message, but when I reminded him of this offer by Resolution Center Case, he told me I was a waste of his time and to escalate the Case to eBay and leave Negative Feedback and BLOCKED me from all 5 of his eBay accounts (I see this as a blessing).
Once Escalated eBay decided in my favor and provided a Prepaid UPS label.
When UPS attempted to deliver the package, the driver reported no one at that address. The seller had provided an address to eBay different from the address on Unilocal.
Would an honest merchant provide an undeliverable address for a return shipment? (No) It’s no wonder he did not want to pay return shipping, it was not deliverable.
Seller has 4 Negative Feedback in 30 days.
Avoid this merchant or at the very least have an eBay relationship as protection from his tactics.
