First time here and the food was great. Lived up to the other reviews. We will definitely be back. If you’re even close by stop in and give it a try. Excellent food and service at a good price.

I drive by this place every single day… So my sister and I decided to grab a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was better then expected for a local shrimp po’boy and lots of fries. Not on traditional po’ boy bread but a softer type bread. I stopped in a few days later with my friend and he got the biggest roast beef po’boy and onion rings and I got a shrimp and fish basket. The basket was so full I only ate half and took the second half for dinner! I still had over 20 shrimp and two catfish fingers for dinner :). The place is very clean and the staff is so friendly! I might have to make this a regular thing. Oh and by the way the sugar is on the table by the ice tea and coffee you can get up and Walk three steps if you don’t want to keep asking… just saying…

Tim 5 star Double D’s Diner is summed up in 2 words. Comfort Food. I feel like I“m at home with my Mother cooking breakfast and lunch. As much as can be made from scratch is homemade recipes. Lunch specials every day, like Turkey dinner with all the fixings And much more. Outrageously Delicious. This is a must go to Restaurant to put on your list. Family owned and customers are made to feel like extended Family. Low prices and HUGE Portions. Plenty of spacious parking also. What more can I say. Like Nike say’s Just Do It. Go ASAP. Don’t forget to like, share and comment.

Great food and prices. Location is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall but the food and prices and service make up for it.

The food is pretty good, they have a nice selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner specials. Everyone is super friendly except the owner Dawn… who makes it uncomfortable when she is rude to her employees in front of customers. They could splurge a little more on condiments such as sugar on the tables instead of having to ask for it every time. I hope Dawn realizes that word of mouth is what makes or breaks a business in a small town and niceness wins over customers.
