Dr. Earl W. Rugraff, PHD

Dr. Rugraff has much room for improvement. He started sessions late on most visits, canceled at the last minute on one session, and didn’t follow-​up with insurance paperwork like he said he would.
I never felt connected to him, like others that I’ve visited.
On a good day, when his hearing aid actually works, it’s nice not to have to yell things multiple times. When that battery gets low, and is squealing at the same time you’re trying to get something off your chest, it can be quite frustrating.
Of course, with any shrink, they’re always a little difficult to get a hold of, but I think Dr. Rugraff is on the lower end of the curve for availability.
I wish him no negative enerygy, nonetheless, I just think that, as a consumer, your money is better invested with someone else.
