Great service!!! Great people!!! Second time coming here and they are consistent. Very detailed in explaining what exam is being completed and the purpose of the various test/​exams. I have really dry eyes and the doctor provided a detailed simple explanation and education on eye care and ways to improve. The office is very pleasant attentive and helpful in selecting eyewear that’s stylish fits your face and within the amount I wanted to spend.

Had a great visit at Dr. Eap’s office today. The staff is friendly and efficient and always have my insurance information and benefit/​coverage ready to discuss with me. The appointment was very thorough. I always feel confident that i’m getting the best service here. Dr. Eap asks a lot of questions and encourages good eye care and provides me with techniques and tips to make the most out of any issues i’m having with my eyes, whether when using my contacts or when wearing my glasses. I’ve been coming here for many, many years and I’ve always felt well taken care of. THANK YOU!

Free Parking! The Office was very clean; staff was very helpful and nice! Doctor Eap was very knowledgeable, he was easy to talk to and he answered all the questions I had!
They also have a big selection of glasses you can choose from, very stylish ones as well.

New to the area & used Unilocal to find an optometrist. Found EAP & it’s near my home. I was able to get right in, but I was skeptical because it’s in the Stater Brothers shopping center. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior. Clean, professional, and I completely forgot I was in a shopping mall! Most importantly Dr Eap was thorough, had a good bedside manner, and was genuinely concerned regarding my family history of certain eye disease. I did not feel rushed, the assistant was pleasant, no problems looking up my vsp insurance and was a very smooth appointment. When picking out my new glasses there was no up-​selling. Awesome! My brother and I have been going to Eap Optometry for over 10 years and the services have always been wonderful. During the exams, Dr. Eap explains the process thoroughly and makes sure his patients are comfortable and well informed. I appreciate Dr. Eap and his staff’s professionalism and patience – especially when it comes to selecting glasses. They’re so hard to choose because there are so many cute ones! I feel it is important to select the right glasses as certain glasses fit certain face shapes. Eap Optometry offers a wide variety of glasses to accommodate different styles (and trends) and I’m proud to say that I always walk out with the right glasses without regrets.

BEST Optometrist in the world!!! Me and my family have been patients of Dr. Eap’s for almost 20 years. Dr. Eap is thorough, patient and stands behind his products. He and his staff always exceed our expectations. The staff is friendly, experienced and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from. They carry several brand names and can order just about anything. My husband wears contacts and Dr. Eap is always up to date on the latest lenses and what will be most comfortable for him. Ive been coming to Dr Eap for about 3 years now, he took me in without Insurance with a very good price. You can get an eye exam a eyeglasses for $ 99!!! Dr & office staff is very professional and helpful.

4 out of 5 stars only because there is always room for improvement. The décor is a little dated, and if they had a larger facility then they could accommodate a larger selection. That’s the ONLY negative.
The service and expertise, well, I recommend anyone in looking for an optometrist to give Eap Optometry a try. Stephen Eap and his staff are professional, efficient and thorough. My family and I have been patients for the last 7 years. We have had a myriad of different prescriptions, tests and diagnosis, all with successful and satisfied results.
During an exam with my husband, Dr. Eap explained what he saw and recommended a follow up visit with my husband’s primary doctor. My husband’s diabetes and high cholesterol was discovered after that visit. I can not express my gratitude. Not only for Dr. Eap’s thoroughness but for communicating what was critical.

I found Dr. Eap through the recommendation of a friend. I had been several years under the care of another optometrist, who was okay, but not fabulous, so I gave Dr. Eap a try.
I didn’t realize what I had been missing! The exam was really thorough, and not at all rushed. He took time to explain things, and helped me weigh the pros and cons of various options.
The office staff has always been very friendly, as well as helpful with frame selection.

A few months into wearing my prescription sunglasses, a glued-​on frame embellishment fell off, and they were really great about replacing the frames– no problem.

Through my girlfriend’s recommendation I was able to check my eyes under the care of Dr. Eap and his wonderful staff.
I am a video editor and, needless to say, I stare at the computer screen for an ungodly amount of hours per day and after years of doing so, I’ve realized that i’ve been squinting my eyes more and been pushing my face closer to the screen just to make out fine details on the screen. Cue in Dr. Eap.
He welcomed me in a friendly manner and carefully examined my eyes with the utmost professionalism. Despite realizing how poor my eye sights have become (and my pride crumbling along with it), he managed to make the whole process surprisingly easy and, more importantly, comfortable. While subjected to the solution that dilates the eyes, I was able to pick out my new frames with the help of Dr. Eap’s staff and my girlfriend. After everything was said and done, Dr. Eap told me that my new glasses will be done by the following week and they would give me a call. After a week, I had my first glasses and was able to see again at work!
I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Dr. Eap!

What a rip off artist this quack is! I went in having used 30day contacts for years and he talked me into trying daily wear (for a fitting fee) which I didn’t like — then trying some two week wear (which I found actually painful — AND he charged yet another fitting fee). So when I wanted to go back to what I originally came in for — I was told there would be yet another (yes, that is three times the fee) fee. He also wrote me a RX for eye glasses which I took to another Dr and found out he was wrong! How much would that have cost me ordering wrong glasses! I went elsewhere at a greater cost to myself for the final contact fitting because I would not give him a third fee our of principle. I can only say RUN — RUN WHILE YOU CAN!

My eyes (including my whole family’s) have been in good hands for the past 10 years because of this place! I’ve been wearing glasses since I’ve been a kid, but I’ve never had to worry about not being in the best care due to Dr. Eap and his friendly staff.
I recently switched from rigid contacts to soft lenses, and the transition was super easy. Dr. Eap listens to my needs and is great at recommending what’s best for my situation.

I have been going here for a few years, since 2000 I think. The parking is good, the place is easy to get in to. I have never had a problem with appointments or long waits.
My wife started coming here this year and they have done everything to make sure all looks and is working great. The next best thing to beer goggles, real time high definition for you head.
