Love this place, great vibe for a pizza place. Go there often late at night and owner is part of the scene, funny. Food is ok, especially at that hour that I go there.

This is my go to pizza spot in Long Beach. Moving from Brooklyn to Long Island I was worried about not having NYC authentic Pizza but east end is the real deal. Sesame seeds on the crust, great sauce on the margherita pizza. And do your self a favor try the pepperoni wheels. And the gorgonzola bread is great. Very clean spot everyone is Very friendly and personable. We always order in

Got delivery… Penne with broccoli rabe & sausage. It came in a garlic & oil broth. Delivery came quickly. The dish was good … Not great. The pasta was cooked perfectly… Broccoli rabe tasty. The sausage… Just average. Served with bread. I’ll probably try somewhere else next time

Food is always good! Love the rigatoni a la vodka and all the speciality slices. However, recently they increased their prices. It seems since the remodel they have departed from pizzeria prices to upscale Italian restaurant prices. Even the apps are insanely overpriced! I have started ordering from Frank’s and their prices are more reasonable plus their food is delicious!

East End pizza is your typical run of the mill neighborhood pizzeria. Nothing to go out of your way for yet nothing to stay away from. Mostly come here for for the delivery but since the renovated the inside… it’s pretty comforting & inciting to dine-in. They have a variety of «specialty slices», pretty decent size menu with some special on the board. They even have the soda fountain available for refills(which I was shocked to see). Prices are like any other. Average. The food is good. Nothing to complain about. Staff seems helpful & friendly. The pizzeria is not far from the Boardwalk/beach but it’s not off the main area where everybody is frequenting. Might be good for grabbing a slice while you look for parking! Enjoy!

This review is about the service only, because I never actually had my order taken… I walked in and went to look at a long counter to see all the different kinds of slices they have. A woman had her order taken there in front of me, but nobody said a word to me. i looked, I motioned to a guy behind the counter, I waited 3 or 4 minutes, but nothing. Then I noticed a group of teenagers walk up to the cash register and get their order taken immediately. So I walked over there, and waited at least 5 minutes while all the teens had their order taken. Finally, one of the guys at the counter said hello, and I asked if they had any stuffed pizza slices. He said he’d look in the back, and when he came back he said they didn’t have any. I said that was ok, and started to tell him what I wanted, but he interrupted me and said«just give me a minute». So the guy walked away, and then came back. He took a slice of something from the counter and just looked around, right past me. I have no idea what he was doing. He just stood there, pre-occupied, and as I was about to say something to him, he walked away again. Then I noticed a woman getting served back in the area where I was originally, but couldn’t get someone to take my order. After what was by then at least 12 minutes, I gave up and walked out. The place wasn’t even that busy and there was at least 4 people behind the counter, but I couldn’t get served and they just completely wasted my time. I won’t be going back there again.

Restaurant has been remodeled; it has expanded and definitely deserves it. Ordered the Eggplant Parm Hero and Ceaser Salad; all was delicious. The bread they brought to the table was nice; toasted and fresh… true sign of a well deserved 4*.

I really like the pizza from East End, but it is nearly impossible to get through to place an order via phone. The line is ALWAYS busy, and it’s very frustrating. Delivery isn’t always within the time frame they noted, so we’ve started picking it up. I recommend the grandma pie & hot buffalo wings.

We have gone here a few times now for take away pizza, quality is excellent! This time we decided to sit in the restaurant to order, our food came in good time. We ordered chicken parmesan, a cheese slice and garlic knots. The sauce that came with the garlic knots was AMAZING! We even asked for extra to take home… I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The pizza is excellent, the pasta entrees are very good, the rest is mediocre. I would give 3.5 if I could, but I’m going with 4 because I love their pizza. Any time I get pizza, any type, I’m very satisfied, but the sandwiches are so-so and the salads are disappointing. Stick with the delicious pizza — the grandma pie is my go-to favorite.

Half of this review is of the lackluster food, the other half is for their atrocious delivery times and terrible FOH staff. We called in a relatively simple order of two slices, a parm sandwich, and a Caesar salad, and when asked for a delivery estimate, we were told 45 – 60 minutes… Fine. 90 minutes go by, so I think a follow up call is warranted at this point. I’m told my order is next up so another 15 – 20 max. Another 45 minutes goes by(so now we are over 2 hours after placing the call) and still no goods. I call again, to find out that our delivery is on its way. 15 minutes later it arrives. Call placed: 6:15pm Food promised: 7:00 — 7:15pm Food actually arrived: 8:45pm I should also include that we were out with some other couples and a few kids, so dinner an hour past their bedtime isn’t gonna be good for anybody. We eat, then I call back — again — but this time to speak to a manager. Snotty woman answering the phone(same person I was dealing with all night) won’t put me through. After two callbacks, she finally handed him over. The manager was nice, and provided an explanation that there are«many wheels in motion» when filling delivery orders, blah blah blah. Listen, I appreciate all that, but then don’t give me an estimate that’s so ridiculously off! Explain that stuff over the phone so I can hang up and order from Gino’s or somewhere else! This is my first time ordering from them, and will be my last. If you cannot answer the phones, take food orders, and give accurate food delivery estimates, GETOUTOFTHEBUSINESS! This is apparently not an isolated incident either — there were several others at our beach also complaining about their incredibly slow service. For what it’s worth, the $ 8 Caesar salad consisted of 90% iceberg lettuce, topped with about five croutons and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan… pass. Their saving grace was the admittedly very tasty stuffed meat slice. It’s too bad they couldn’t do anything else right though…

Our go to place for delivery to Nickerson Beach. Great pizza and all types of dishes. Excellent quality and they give you very nice sized portions. Everything is done well. I would recommend the chicken parmigiana and Grandma pizza.

Def a nice above average pizza spot! The interior is way more inviting than most places around and there’s always a selection of slices ready to roll. Speaking of, there are four different varieties of rolls(chicken, veggie, and some others) and stuffed slices available as well. One of the shining moments here is the sesame crust on most specialty slices. I happen to be a crust guy(finish your bones people) and usually prefer your average crust, but there’s nothing wrong with this seeded version. Those specialty slices tend to be hit(chicken marsala) or miss(margherita), but for the most part they will all do the trick. You can order anything else from the kitchen on this side as well. I’ve never done delivery before, but I heard a few orders roll through while I was there and the estimated time given was 20 – 25 min, which would be amazing if it was true. Craving ‘za and on the east side? Do it.

I give East End five stars for their timely delivery service and quality of the pizza when it arrives. We always order the same things and the food never disappoints. The hero bread is soft on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside giving a nice texture for the sandwich. The pizza is never soggy upon delivery. Usually a nice texture that doesn’t droop while eating. The flavor of the sauce is exceptional and a great dipping for the garlic knots which are also wonderful.

This place is further away from the middle of town, where all the tourists go, so it’s more of a local spot. It’s clean, and the staff is nice. There’s always seating available. The pizza is good. The sicilian is my favorite. Overall, good pizza place.

Props for this joint to being down the block from me. The pizza is okay — I think the specialty slices are more impressive than the regular slices(next time I have a sloth day, I’ll have the girls come down here to hand pick the slices they want — as we do on West End) I’m a HUGE baked clams fan. Like, I could eat them every day. At least, for the past two months. I dont know why, I like them and I always want them. They’re pretty good here. I get a combination of really good ones, and tiny ones. I’m a little sensitive to salty food, and I think their sauce is over salted; I’ve noticed it in the hero and the pizza — but the chicken is prepared well. All in all… pretty decent food, they’re friendly and fast, and they deliver. Bonus on the location cause I’m too lazy to go to west end. I’m too lazy to go to Ginos, I’m NOT too lazy to go up the block. Mostly.
