My family have been coming here for years (can’t even remember how many) for alterations. This is a small family-​owned business that has been serving the west side Long Beach for many years. Their business got burned down once during the Rodney King riot. Diana, the wife/​owner always does a great job altering any type of outfit — dress, shirts, pants, formal gown, etc. She’s always nice. I read one of the reviews referring to her as rude but she’s really not. It is just a wrong perception of who she really is.

This should be having two $ signs and not just one. They are not cheaper than the others! As far as the «work done» is concern, same as others so basically, this review is for customer service. When I was going to pick up my clothes, which is A LOT, I had to call them to let them know that I was on my own since they were closing in 6 – 7 minutes. The lady there asked me how long and I said maybe 5 minutes but I’d greatly appreciate it if you could wait for me. She just said «FIVE MINUTES!» in a very unprofessional manner. That really threw me off. I paid a little less than $ 100 and they didn’t want to wait for a couple of more minutes! Very disappointing… I got there in less than 5 minutes. It was my first and last time time to use this place. NOT going back ever!

I used to come here all the time when I lived down the street to get my shirts dry cleaned. I just learned you don’t need to dry clean dress shirts, who knew you could just throw them in the laundry machine?! Since the tags said dry clean for best results, of course I went for the best results: P
Easy Cleaners definitely delivered those results in a timely fashion and kindly service. Reasonable prices, definitely cheaper than the dry cleaners up here in LA. Just don’t get Chinese food next door, I made that mistake once, and paid dearly.

GREAT Customer Service and QUALITY work. The woman that works at the shop, is incredibly friendly and they have definitely become my go-​to dry cleaner in Long Beach.

The place is inexpensive if you need minor alterations save your money and come here. My aunt bought a dress from Davids bridal that need to get shortened. We asked Davids bridal how much it will cost to cut a few ruffles and we were told $ 40 for a minor alteration. My aunt came here and she paid $ 8. I also brought my mom here the lady was who helped us was very nice, she asked my mom to try the pants on and she quickly adjusted the hemm of the pants it took a fee days but I think she’s a happy customer
