I came here to see Ashley and she helped me because my hair was looking a mess! I bought a frontal here and she took my old weave down and installed a full weave including the frontal. It turned out real nice and I definitely recommend her!

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! COMPLETEWASTEOFTIME I found this place on StyleSeat and booked a 12:30pm appointment with Tina to takedown my weave, wash, condition and straighten. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes or so but it was no big deal. She removed the extensions then sent me to another girl to wash. She washed my hair then sat me under the dryer with conditioner but forgot to turn the dryer on. I usually wash my hair myself so I thought maybe she didn’t need the dryer. Eventually she noticed and turned the dryer on. I sat under the dryer for about 40 minutes while she started installing a weave for someone else. When the dryer finished I let her know and she continued with the other client. I sat patiently waiting for her to come and at least rinse the conditioner out of my hair but no. I asked was someone going to finish my hair and she said that she would do it and was almost done. 20 minutes later I was still sitting there. It was now 3:30pm. I was there for 3HOURS and no one had even washed the conditioner out of my hair! I was waiting 45 minutes after the dryer finished just sitting there. When I told her that I can’t be here all day. She said«I don’t know what you want me to do. I have to finish her hair. You can wait.» At that point I realized she could care less about customer service much less my hair and I was not going to spend another couple of hours there. I took off my cap pulled my wet hair into a ponytail, dropped $ 40 to cover the takedown, and left. No one said a word. I walked to my car with dripping wet hair with conditioner in it to have to go home and finish my hair myself. Overall it was a huge waste of time and money because I could have done my hair myself as I usually do in less than 3 hours. I wanted to like this place. They seemed nice and it was clean but I should never have to leave a salon after 3 hours with my hair not even rinsed.

I came here to get a partial. The young lady who did my hair lacked all kind of customer service. There was a misunderstanding with my purchase of the hair but Tina was great with making sure I was happy. However, her stylist was the worst! I sat in her chair for a take down, wash, and partial installation which took all of 3.5−4 hours. The stylist said nothing. Not even, whats your name… how did you hear about us. Nothing! When I looked them up online I saw that they take Visa, etc. Its also plastered everywhere inside and outside of salon(on the door, windows, and in the salon). So when it came to pay, my stylist said«oh no I don’t do that»? I was like I called and saw everywhere online and in your salon you take cards. She was like you can leave you phone and get cash. I told her I would NOT leave my work phone but she was more than welcome to come with me. I just thought she was super rude with an attitude. I’ve never had an experience in a salon where the stylist is MUTE for four hours. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted water. Also, its 2016… who doesn’t have square app and accept cards. Its false advertisement to say you accept Visa and then say you don’t! They should certainly take it down off their website, windows, doors, and in the salon! I also think the stylist should learn customer service. As far as my hair… it only lasted 4 – 5 weeks. :( But the actual hair purchased was great! One star for the experience!

Me and my sister were visiting from out of state. My sister decided that she could absolutely not wait until returning to our home town to get her lace frontal installed. Upon reading on Craigslist she found this place and saw that they charged $ 180 for the lace frontal and see in… When we arrive they tell her that the $ 180 is just so that she could purchase the frontal NOINSTALLATION or anything. They told her for the lace frontal and a sew in it would be a whooping $ 600 !!! I told my sister since she was already there that she should just get the frontal installed & purchase 1 bundle because she had already taken her hair down so she did… WORST mistake ever! At first the lace frontal looked nice and the girl assured us that the white glue would disappear it did not it got worse! The baby hair she added were choppy! It’s just a mess. The frontal and bundle she paid for are now shedding horribly. AVOID this place at all cost!

About 8 months ago I shaved like a third of my head and it’s finally over an inch long so I can braid it. It was crazy everyday and I was running out of patience with it. I called and Taylor said she could braid it for me and she did a great job. She was able to do it quick enough to make it to my event this evening on time! Thanks so much

Took my 13 year old daughter here for her 1st beauty salon experience… her hair looks alive again. Tayler did such a wonderful job and even suggested a style to help my daughter’s hair grow… hopefully that will be the next visit. I also plan to make an appointment for myself as soon as I can decide what color I want… excellent job ladies. And the owner Tina was so nice and I found all the ladies friendly… I have plans to make this me and my daughter’s salon!

So disappointed!!! I was so happy to get my hair extensions in just so they can slip out the next day! Very nice girls here but PEANUTBUTTER does not know what she was doing! $ 195 for nothing! I asked for my money back and i got $ 65! I Would NOT come here again!

So I almost made a new appointment to go back here, but I realize(Sabrina) made me late to my graduation. I was not happy with that. We made a 9am appointment, I got there at 8:58am waited around for 20 mins, then I decided to go home and wait, only for her to call me and ask if I can come in at 11am. I decided to go get my nails(big whoop) because my nail appointment was at 1pm however my tech was nice enough to take me earlier. Then I got there at 11am only for her to stroll in 45mins later. Then upon starting my hair she offered to help some girl press her nappy extensions that was not getting straight. Finally she started my hair it took her up until 5pm to finish my hair and she didn’t add all my extensions so you could see the tracks in the front. Then she had the nerves to ask me(why didn’t you come in yesterday if your graduation is today?) made me so pissed I was already missing group photo. Not only that she said it will be an extra $ 20 for cut and installation is $ 85 but she charged me $ 125 like no that’s a whole $ 20 extra. Money was not the issue, it’s the service. The owner is nice, but that(Sabrina) character need to go. Honestly Tina she is giving your business bad rep I was gonna return today, but all the bad reviews about her made me change my mind

Let’s just say I was not elated. I went here on Monday for crochet braids and will be taking them out this weekend. I arrived early for an 11am appointment only for the stylist(Sabrina) to be 20 minutes late. The Ladies were kind enough to let me know that she would be a little late. But when Sabrina got there she didn’t even so much as make mention or apologize for being late. So much for on time appointments. In fact she barely said a word to me. Oh except«Let me see what kind of hair you got.» I tried to hand her the bag with the packs of hair but she only took one pack and left me in the chair holding the remaining bags for 15 minutes before I had to ask if we could put them in the chair or somewhere nearby. She took the bag without saying a word almost like it was too much to ask. She did eventually offer me some water… but I had a huge 1 liter bottle sitting in my lap already. Never asked me how I wanted my hair, just started braiding. Never mentioned any problems with the hair until she was halfway through my head when she asked if I wanted to cut the hair in half and that she would not be able to do an invisible part because the knots would not hold. I agreed to cutting it since I didn’t know the area and where the nearest beauty supply was. I quickly changed my mind and asked so I could get more hair. Additionally she did half my head, used 4 packs of hair and just barley told me that this hair would not hold that way? I didn’t realize the knots were not holding at all. So I run out grab 3 more bags of the same brand of hair(total of 8 bags). She finishes in 4 hours I mean 3 hours and 40 minutes seeing as we started late. It was supposed to take 2.5 hours. Than proceeds to tell me I have to «mess around with the front» because the knots are not holding and the knots are big. My knots start about a half inch off of my hairline and it looks a mess. The hair was long, curly, and nowhere near even so I asked her to cut it about 2 inches past my shoulders. She started on one side and walked around cutting to the other side only for the front of my hair to be noticeably uneven. I mentioned it and she said it was because she didn’t do the other side yet. I literally watched her cut it. Then she kept going so now it is just barely shoulder length only because stopped her. Or it would have kept getting shorter. Oh and I still had random long strands. I let her know I wanted it longer and now it is too short. No scene just let her know. So I asked how much to see if she would compensate for her lateness, lack of quality, and cutting too short and NOPE! So I asked how to pay, now I should have been prepared for this and brought cash. But it is 2016 and people have credit card readers on phones, and tablets and there are apps. After all I did book this appointment online and got a text confirmation. I asked if they had Venmo, PayPal or something. Nope! For my clients she said«this is commission». As in I’m just commission. So I asked where a bank or nearby atm was. Right next to the beauty supply I already went to earlier. I thought about not coming back with the money. But I just don’t operate that way. As for a tip. The only tip I have for Sabrina is treat your«commission» like potential clients and don’t waste their time. That’s how you build clientele. While I cannot speak about the skills of the other stylist, one bad one in your shop can kill the business. The hair was not her fault. But she could have spoke up and I could have gotten some other hair and/or rescheduled. I would have respected her more. But maybe she just wanted her inconvenient commission. As for me. I wasted $ 85 and lost valuable time. That does not include all the hair she used which looks like a giant black mop! I won’t be back.

I’m not sure how many stars to give this place well first of all Tina I believe she’s the owner. she’s very sweet and she wanted to make sure I was happy with the result even tho when I called to make an appointment I had asked about the full front extension. Obviously there’s some kind of a misunderstanding the girl who did my hair(Sabrina) thought I was getting the partial and when I asked her questions she seemed irritated not the friendliest. I’m not sure if I would ever go back… for one thing it’s way too far from me and not the friendliest service except for Tina. By the way another disappointment was they don’t have too many selections as I originally thought.

It was my first time getting a weave so I called and Tina was very helpful answering all my questions and informing me of the different types of weaves. I was able to get an appointment that same week with Ashley. The place was very clean and all the girls were friendly and very funny. Ashley was great she listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. She was gentle with me when braiding me and would constantly ask if I was ok. I loved the result and quality of the hair The price was also very reasonable. I am deft coming back. I’m hooked! If your looking for a great place for extensions you will find it there.

Check this place out. I was able to go here and get educated on all the different types of hair. Not only can you get quality hair you get amazing customer service. I’m not sure about the rest of you, but I like when a sells person is well educated with their products. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Check this place out u won’t regret it.

This place is the *ish… Their stylist are divine and know just what they’re doing.(TOPWEAVE) They do many techniques that I’ve never seen before… It AMAZING there! I HIGHLYRECOMMEND you book your next appointment there… They have there own HAIR collection too.
