4 words. Mark Orland is great! let me start from the beginning i was hit by a truck im fine my car wasnt. So the adjusters found the other party 100% liable so their insurance covered my enterprise car rental in pico rivera everyone there was helpful and helped me get an upgrade on my rental. they over heard me talking on the phone about needing a new vehicle so they suggested i take a look at there sales floor in long beach. I called to get a recorded message saying their power was out please call our rental office next door, So i made a same day appt and went to the car sales floor which seems very small (dont worry its not theres a huge car lot behind there offices.) Looked around for a bit then met with Mark who was super welcoming apologized countless times for the lack of power, while not being over patronizing was very comically. Down to earth, relatable salesman who is super helpful. He asked maybe a total of 5 questions concerning uses for the car, style, and price and help me find a car I actually had no idea I’d love so much in about an hour. (Including the 3 or 4 test drives, the walk to the next door office, the meeting that we had in the powerless sales office, and all the chatter in between the cars he was showing me and my fiancé. Absolutely recommend him for any experience level; this was my first car purchase and he made me feel comfortable and not pressured at all. Just a stand up individual over all.

This is my second time here. Mark Orland a eagle scout at that started the ball rolling to get us another car as we got Lemoned by Montebello Chevrolet. We were renting a car and a representative of enterprise rent a car Able from the Pico branch told us about enterprise car sales. Friendly and understanding Andrey the financial Representative and Cynthia Buggs who took over for Mark. We got a car! Mark Orland is an outstanding salesperson. There was no pressure and he was extremely helpful. The service from start to finish was detailed and excellent. The test drive area allowed you to perform accurate comparisons between models.
Make an appointment as they are really busy. If your looking for a true no hassle experience then this is the place.

I am pleased with my recent car purchase. I like the «no haggling» experience. You tell them what you want and then they find a car that meets your needs. It is somewhat painless. My only dissatisfaction has been with the interior of the car I purchased. I like the car, test drove it and all. I wish I had looked a little closer at the interior. The back seat upholstery was really dirty. I have since had it cleaned. I understand these are used cars, but you’d think they would clean and detail the interiors better. A car wash from the next door business just doesn’t get it.

i don’t really know how to describe my experience when it came time to buy myself a new car. i always went directly to Nissan, Infinity, Honda, Toyota and
Volvo which were all the vehicles i have owned throughout my lifetime. i have bought many cars and i Never considered ever buying from Enterprise because i always felt that if they were putting a car to sell it then it either had far too many miles or they were abused by all the people who rented them. Boy was i wrong,
i had the best experience from three outstanding salesmen! From Joseph who rented a car to me and recommended i check all the inventory of cars sold by all the different branches. My salesman met me on Thursday morning; Mark Orland who helped me pick the right car that i was looking for and qualified that met my budget. Once i Mark narrowed down the things that were important to me in a vehicle we then started a contract and his Finance Manager Andre worked his magic to qualify me with a great low interest loan and got me into a payment that i would be comfortable with. I am recommending anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle to stop in and let Mark Orland and Andre work out a far greater deal then any of the dealerships i mentioned above. Buying a car, new or used is never a good experience… never. The best possible thing that can happen to you is that the people that you are dealing with are honest, direct, and make you feel as comfortable as they possibly can. Thankfully that is exactly what this enterprise did for me. Unlike a usual car dealership, Enterprise was welcoming and direct to the point. They had the car I wanted and they got me deal I was looking for the first time. Big thank you to Karl for everything he did for me, he manage to check on me periodically during the whole process to see if was comfortable with the deal without coming off as typical car sales mans that was just trying to make his quota for the month. I could have probably gotten a better deal (price wise) somewhere else but it was the quality of service and how they made me feel that made me go with them. Two thumbs up.

It was a very stress free, no hassle, honest and up front experience. Karl did a great job helping us find the exact car for us. He even had ours brought in from San Diego! Definitely will go back again for our next car!

Great experience! They are friendly and knowledgeable. There is“no haggle pricing.” Only 5% of their rentals pass the 109 point inspection and make it to the lot for anyone worried about buying a rental. I walked in pre approved for the loan from my credit union which made everything much smoother in the process. The whole process took about 3 hours… Not bad for buying a car, I’d say! Love my 2014 Prius.

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata with Enterprise. Phil and Andres were sooooo helpful. My credit wasn’t great… who am I kidding it’s bad. I was actually embarrassed to go in and try but they put me at ease and worked miracles. No seriously! Lol I purchased my car a year ago and haven’t had a problem.

I purchased a car from Enterprise a few months ago. I like that the prices are set and listed on the vehicles. It takes out all the negotiating, which I found intimidating the last time I bought a car. Chris helped me out with the Hyundai Accent I wanted. I got a car smaller than my last and it saves me money at the pump. Andrey was the best! He worked hard to get me and my husband financing we were comfortable with. Very happy!

I was really stressed out about buying a new used car… I went into enterprise because I read good things online. I made an appointment with Carl to look at cars with under 40 k miles… Carl and Andres made the experience extremely stress free… I bought a 2014 ford focus and I love this car. They made sure the car fit my budget also the price is already labeled on all the vehicles! When my wife is ready to get a new used we will be coming back!

Ethan helped me buy a car and got me something I really liked. They set me up on a payment plan to help me establish credit and I couldn’t be happier.

The tall husky white guy that sits on the end really helped us and was knowledgeable about the cars. He was respectful and didn’t rush me. Bought the VW and love it. Also the finance team are hard workers.

Philip helped us big time finance a Jetta. He worked hard and gave me a good amount for my trade in. Very appreciative. Only thing I had to do was sit back comfortably and wait while he worked his butt off finding a good bank. 3 thumbs up alien style.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this branch of Enterprise Car Sales. Compared to other experience I have had in vehicle sales, this ranks the highest. As a women, I feel that male salesmen automatically assume that I know nothing about cars (and/​or motorcycles) and which is incredibly condescending. However, I had a very pleasant experience at the Long Beach location. I was helped by Philip, who always treated me with respect and courtesy. I never felt like I was being swindled or talked into something I didn’t want. Also, I got a very low financing rate, which is a huge bonus. They did not have the make and model that I was interested in, but Philip was able to find one at another location, and came into the office after hours to accommodate my schedule in picking the vehicle up.
The rest of the staff was friendly, professional, and polite during my visit. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in buying a vehicle.
