I called Dr. Turner to check my eyes, She was really Knowledgeable and luckily I had nothing wrong with my eyes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good experience here. Both ladies at the front were kind and so was the doctor. I brought in my own frames. They cut lenses to fit in them. The glasses fell off of my face after and they fixed it within 5 minutes. They have a large selection of glasses but I liked my frames. I would gladly Continue to go here.

Dr. Turner is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional individual. I am very happy with her service. Definitely recommend her for all your eye needs!

After several years of not getting my eyes checked I decided to stop by Eye Land. I was greeted by the staff with smiles and provided quality customer service which is what I value most. I was a walk in on a Friday unsure if I would be seen. The Dr and her staff went out of their way to ensure I was well taken care of. After my exam a staff showed my a vast selection of glasses to choose from she was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I noticed that all of the staff truly enjoy what they do and that would make anyone tell a friend to visit this business. I visited Eyeland Optometry during the semi-​annual sale in May. Although it was very crowded, Dr. Turner was able to squeeze me in. She was very patient and thorough with her diagnosis.
Also, I was able to order an amazing Pair of Tory Burch frames for a very competitive price!
Also, the glasses have turned out to be great and are my savior during presentations!

If you are looking for cool glasses, friendly staff and great customer service. This is the place for you. Anna and Yuki are very helpful. My husband bought a pair of glasses from them, they were defected. Anna made sure that everything was taken care of she even loan him glasses while he waited for his new ones. After I saw their good customer services I got myself a new pair of glasses. I’m very with them. I highly recommend this place.

Super cool staff. Great doctors. The interior is really nice! Basically all I would hope for in an eye doctor and more!

Dr. Faldowski is the best optometrist I have ever consulted. The office is freshly painted and has modern diagnostic machines. The ladies that work there are pleasant and helpful. They answer the phone and promptly return phone calls. Dr. Faldowski told me he could not properly fit me with glasses because of a condition I have. He was very honest. It is a pleasure to visit his office. I highly recommend him.

This place is great. Although it was a little out of the way, it was well worth the drive. The doctor was great, the staff was super helpful and accommodating, and it was a great deal with my groupon! I highly suggest this place and would recommend to others!

I’ve been going to Eyeland Optometry for over 3 years now, and they’re nothing but a pleasure to visit. I have severe dry eye and I need a doctor who can understand and accommodate my needs and Dr. Faldowski in Eyeland does just that. From their amazing front desk staff, who greets you by your first name, to their crazy affordable trunk shows, this place is a pleasure to visit every time.

Upgraded from a previous 1 star rating. Had some issues with customer service in the front office, both visits I had to wait significantly longer than anticipated, there was no communication with me about appts running late, and my insurance coverage pricing was not communicated effectively even after requesting a receipt with the breakdown of what I paid. However, Dr. Fawldowski called me on his own time and went out of the way to correct the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall a great doctor but the office staff needs work at the time of this review.

I already had a good first impression from this place when I called on Thursday to make an appointment for Saturday. They sure did hire the right person to answer the phone and that person’s name is Anna.
Have you ever had to make a call to a business and you could tell right away the person who answered the phone already hated you, their job, and their life? Well, this chick Anna was far from that and was very friendly over the phone and in person.
Wait until you get inside the place. Talk about having the best chairs in a waiting area EVER! Not the kind that are small, hard and make you adjust your posture by having you sit up awkwardly straight. Nope. Nice black comfy leather chairs.
I filled out a quick questionaire and things got rolling. Choi (my eye doctor) was very nice. The exam was very fast and bam boom… contacts in my eyeballs.
Today they were having a grand re-​opening i believe. So we left with a lot of swag including a Converse drawstring bag, Lucky Brand cup and hat, resuable bag, eye cleaner… etc. They even let me take some of the balloons they had decorated inside. My 3 year old was stoked when we got home.
Coming here again in a week for my contact lens follow-​up and we liked this place so much that the hubby already made his first eye exam in 10 years at Eyeland Optometry.

I went to Eye Land and this place just KEEPS meeting all of my expectations and MUCH more… This time I went for an updated eyeglass prescription and let me say that yes the exam was very thorough which made my prescription pretty accurate. Even though I do have the condition on my left eye the optometrist was able to get it to a close enough prescription. What can I say about the rest of the girls here… SUPER friendly and they know what customer service truly is! Ana and the other girls are too awesome and are able to explain things very good. Glad to say that I will be more than happy to continue to come to this place if I ever need new glasses or contacts.

I really enjoyed the thorough examination that was given to my 6 year old. They were extremely patient and understanding through the whole process of the eye exam. I would go back again for myself as well.

This place is great! The staff and service is outstanding and they do look out for you and you’d learn a lot of new things about eyes in general. I recommend this wonderful place to anyone… you should go there!!! Like them FACEBOOK!!!

There are no words to describe the excellent service I received at ELO! The staff are super friendly and attentive especially Steve! Dr. Ho is very thorough and took her time with my exam. I know I’m a difficult case due to having keratoconus. She explained to me what can be done for my difficult eyes. I have been going to many optometrist practically all my life and I have never came across a friendly and caring Optometrist and staff until I made the very wise decision to go to Eye Land. As for glasses and sunglasses, they had a wide selections from various designers from Ray Bans to D&G. Steve was very helpful and patient with me picking out glasses and a sweet pair shades! I cant wait to get them! Thanks Dr. Ho and Staff, you guys are awesome!

Dr. Alina Ho, Stephen and staff are all amazing!!! I’ve worn glasses for 10 years now and have gone to numerous optometrists who were not as attentive to my needs. At Eye Land Optometry, they answered all of my questions and gave me the assistance I needed right away. They’re very attentive, informative and professional. If you need to «see,» come here! My vision has never been clearer and I’ve been a happy customer for over a year now :)
