I have been using Fromex for several years now for various things and I am always so pleased with their products and exceptional service. They have a great selection personalized gifts to chose from. Recently my father is working on our genealogy and has many many old photos and slides that need work done to them. Fromex has been outstanding helping with this process. Their website is very user friendly as well. I highly recommend Fromex for all of your photo needs!

Fro-​Mex made my Christmas miracle happen! I’d gone to another well reputed Bixby Knolls photo production center a week before Xmas, who told me that they couldn’t make photos from my digitals and originals in time for the holiday. NOT FROMEX! I came in, desperate as only a wife whose pitbull has chewed and buried all of her husband’s childhood photos can be, and the lovely people at this establishment allayed all my worries. The pictures are of the best quality, they were completed very quickly, and the staff was completely kind and professional. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you!!!

The customer service exceeded my expectations. I went to them during a very stressful time preparing for my father’s funeral service. Not only did they take care of everything but John went over and above to change a few things on a video that at the time seemed so very critical to me. I did not shop around and am so happy I let them take care of me. I would highly recommend this amazing company. I got photos scanned a video made and blow up photos — all were perfect. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Customer service at its best.

Have been coming here off and on for years. Always great print quality and the last time I came an employee stayed late to help me get my order that I needed rushed. Businesses like this are the staple of local commerce and quality.

Honestly the only reason my boyfriend and I come here is because there is nowhere else that develops film that is local. Trust me, if we had another option we wouldn’t be coming here.
Everytime we come in the wait time becomes longer and longer. The quality of my prints don’t come out good and my boyfriend’s pictures had weird lines through them, NOT from his camera but from Fromex’s equipment. The staff is really unfriendly and talks to you like you are stupid.
Not everybody knows about film, geez. For now we will continue to come here to get film developed but only until we find a new place.

Who prints film anymore?! I do! I love photography and have been shooting with a Canon 7D. I just got a Pentax K1000 (as a valentines gift) and am having so much fun with it! It’s exciting to know that not all of my photos will live comfortably in my computer!
The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They taught me how to rewind the film (I previously destroyed 2 rolls of film).
The photos came out great! A bit pricey but what do you expect when using and antiquated product that is virtually obsolete. $ 14 something for a roll of 24 prints.

My last minute order for a photo book was handled so well! I needed a large (12×12) photo book for a sign in at a 90th birthday party. I called Fromex when I had exhausted all other options. The woman over the phone listened to me frantically explain what I needed then she gave me multiple options including going online and arranging the book myself. I put in my order online on a Thursday with a message about the urgency and the book was available on Friday at 10am (when they opened). They called, I picked up and it was done. It was perfect for the event and while I did pay top dollar, it was worth it. Everyone was friendly and professional, the book came out exactly as I wanted it and it was QUICK! I’m sure I’ll use the service again.
