Have used there guys 4 times so far over the post 2 – 3 years for washer, dryer, and fridge. They have always fixed the problem and for a reasonable price.

If you are repairing an appliance or purchasing a new appliance, please go somewhere else. This business does not honor their workmanship or abide by any rules of customer service. I paid them $ 175.00 to repair my wall oven. Led codes were displaying on the led showing my oven was on the blink. I was informed they would come out take it to their shop fix and return it. They came removed it and brought it back and installed. They were hammer mechanics as the bottom of the oven was damaged and not installed correctly. When I asked them to adjust the installation he told me to cut away the kitchen moulding it was rubbing against. The next day the handle he replaced was so weak it snapped and the oven was showing codes. This is not what I paid for. I attempted to get them to come back to no avail, even going down to the shop. It is aggravating in getting them to honor their work, I would call they would schedule, and never show up. I won’t be doing any business with them again.

The refrigerator in my apartment stopped cooling properly since last week. My landlord insists on paying for repair services only if we use his vendor, Garcia’s Appliances. So here begins my upsetting experience with this service. I scheduled an appointment service call for today at 3:30 pm. I gave them a generous half an hour before I decided to call and make sure that our appointment was still on. The guy guaranteed that someone will be on their way and was probably just taking a bit longer with another client. Now it’s 5:30. No one has arrived. So I call again. Not only did the guy, who never gave me his name, tell me that their repairman didn’t show up to work today because he had taken a sick day, but he had the fucking audacity to hang up on me when I asked him to send another repairman today. The last thing I wanted was to go another day without a working refrigerator. Clearly, Garcia’s is an unprofessional and unreliable service. Trust me, I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this review saves another fellow from the same pain, frustration, and stress that Garcia’s Appliance had caused me.

Yes the tech(the owner) came on time to our home. But that is about the only good thing. Our refrigerator was checked and needed a door. They asked for a deposit($ 100.00) to order the door. «That was the last time they were seen, other than going to shop looking for him. Chased him around for a year, should have called US Marshalls to find him. Wouldn’t recommend them to pick up a no good machine.

Found this place while looking for a replacement stove because our old stove was sparking, which is absolutely frightening considering it’s not electric. Had a last minute budget of $ 200 total to spend, and here at Garcia’s Appliance, we found a clean stove with a self cleaning oven, and negotiated the price to $ 200 total(delivery included). We paid on a Thursday and he delivered on Saturday because Friday was 4th of July. Installed, and worked. But then, the oven wouldn’t turn on! We called on Monday and he came within an hour. Turns out we just weren’t turning it on correctly! No charge for him coming over to help with the oven dilemma. Great prices, don’t be afraid to haggle, but don’t be too cheap with the haggling.

Stay away from this place! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer frim this place. Since the first day when my washer was supposed to be delivered they where so unprofesional. The owner Garcia told me would he there at 1000 am and never showed up. I called his cell phone with no answer. I called his business and it was busy. U thought how strange. I went to his shop to find my washer and dryer on hus truck ready to be delivered and I found Garcia the owner drunk like a skunk with the phone in his hand. After waking him up and speaking to him, he did arrive around 3pm. Smelling like booze and all he installed my landry center but did not bring the right length dryer hose. He said he needs a longer one and will get it Monday. Well monday came and no hose. Laundry was piling up so i bought one myself and installed it. So im ready to wash right?! No!!! Tried to wash one load and it smelled like burnt rubber and water did not drain! Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else with more reviews or just buy new.

Found Garicas appliance via Craigslist and man do they have great deals. I bought kenmore used washer and dryer and a brand new stainless steel fridge for under $ 1100 including delivery. That is an AMAZING deal if you ask me. They are friendly and helpful and can get you whatever you need if you ask.
