Nothing signature here except that you don’t have food to eat at home. You have one special lady multi tasking between waitress, clerk, beverage connoisseur even chef at times, you’ll find yourself getting up and reminding her of what you need. The Chinese dishes are fast food but you will wait for one chef to put it together. If you have a Cambodian spot to hit, as to say if you know Cambodian food, it will never fail. So if you’re hungry and not looking for failure, this is it.

Getting shrimp fried rice and orange chicken. First time trying the boba. The food is great, but the service is terrible. I called and waited 30 minutes and they still took 20 more minutes to make my shrimp fried rice. They forgot my orange chicken, and tried to charge me for the whole meal over again when i told them they forgot my orange chicken. This is my 4th and most likely last time eating here

I was looking for a quick bite after getting my nails done next door, was hesitant at first, but I ordered their house special noodles and I’ve been hooked since. One of the best bowl of REAL wholesome goodness I’ve ever had. Their passion fruit green tea w/jelly is so GOOD and refreshing — a must try. Love the fact that everything on the menu is made to order. So expect fresh and hot food. Friendly and low key atmosphere. Not fancy at all, so you can pop in and out in your pjs if you like. Simple and clean. I always recommend this place to friends and family, if they’re looking for authentic Cambodian food. Support your local mom&pop shops. Worth the wait and worth your money. Glad I took a chance and walked in. I can say it was definitely love at first bite! Lol. Enjoy! ;)

Told my mom I was hungry and she brought me here. Would have never walked in here as I am not a fan of greasy Chinese food. To my surprise, it’s not like the sign says, Golden Chinese Express. They make it when you order. Their hand made sign ‘good food takes time. Thank you for your patience’ as there were about 5 parties waiting for their food. But… worth it. We only ordered the beef lok lak and a Thai tea. The beef was tender and had a slight crisp to it. Very flavorful and was even better with the lemon pepper sauce. Thai tea was yummy too.

We tried the the beef and broccoli and the kung pao chicken and both were amazing! Definitely giving them my service from now on when I’m in the mood for Chinese and the woman at the register is nice as can be all around great experience I would give this place ten stars !

I always support my cambodian establishments, although its kind of a wait for the food but you cannot complain since they make it fresh right when you order. Price is a little higher than most chinese food place but it was good!

Where to begin… the ambience is not inviting, but the food is goooood! The menu still unknown to me. There are pictures of dishes on the wall, but I think there might be a secret menu. Don’t be afraid to ask questions… The lady is a little rude, but she will answer your questions! try their food at least one. it’s probably the best in the area!

Haven’t tasted the food yet, but the lady working was pretty rude. There was no menu, just what was listed on the wall. The Combo B says«2 items with fried rice or chow mein,» and when I tried to choose my items, she told me it only comes exactly like the picture, which shows beef with broccoli and some kind of chicken. I chose a different item and asked if she could make the orange chicken spicy. She replied«if you want your food spicy, you can put hot sauce on it. I am not making it special for you.» I’m going to give the food a try based on the reviews, but even if it’s amazing, I won’t be back.

Super yummy Cambodian food without having to go to Downtown Long Beach. This little gem is located near the corner of South and Cherry in a shopping center across from Food4Less. This place can look deceiving, from the outside… and inside, lol, it looks like your typical Chinese fast food joint but where’s the food? We’ll this place is made to order, so your meals are always coming out hot and fresh. The family that owns the place are very sweet I love that the shrimp dishes because it comes battered in tempura and lightly fried. YUMMMY! They have me ka tang, lot cha, lol lak, ka tew phnom penh, fish noodle soup, chow mein, Bai cha, ba boa and more all on point. They have smoothies and teas with Boba for an awesome price. We usually take out but you can dine in as well. It’s not fancy or anything. It’s your typical indoor Chinese fast food seatings. But regardless we’re here for the selection of yummy Khmer food. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in or near north LB and want to avoid the drive to Anaheim St. 5 star for yummy food.(^_^)

Known for their battered shrimp, the shrimp fried rice is a must. Mee ketang if you can’t make up your mind. Thai or milk tea to wash it all down :) be patient with the wait because the joint is run by two, very sweet, husband and wife who will make your taste buds water.

They’re open early… 9AM. I like that. Been here twice and still no take-out menu. One of many places that open, with nothing ready to be sold/served. Business hours should mean exactly that, not when the doors are unlocked. Cashier suggested I call ahead. Kind of hard to order with out a menu. Besides that, the food is decent. BTW, 2nd visit was almost 1hr after opening…

Scrumptious food that is similar to my mom’s cooking! Most likely because it is Cambodian owned, love the ginger chicken and the shrimp fried rice. I need to try the other dishes because they are probably just as tasty! Oh and the green tea with lychee and boba is really really really really good.

I been here a few times but never got a chance to review it. So ill start by saying it’s family owned & the food here is a mixture of Chinese&cambodian. All the food here is made to order which is great in my opinion, you can just simply call ahead of time if you know what you want. Now for the food the first time I came here I got beef chow fun & honestly the gravy was overloaded but it was still pretty tasty & my bf got beef loc lac & he enjoy it ! so you can say fresh food, easy menu and of course tasty food. They even add fried egg on top on any dish if you request it(:

This place is awesome! Don’t be fool by the name, it’s not all Chinese food, they have cambodian food here as well. The mee katung is delicious and the portions are big. It’s inexpensive and they also serve boba! The lady is really friendly and if you call ahead a time, your food will be ready by the time you get there.

Great little Chinese/Cambodian fast food joint. My favorite Cambodian dish of all time is beef chow fun. Yum! I also like beef lol lak and phnom phen noodles with Chinese donut/bread. They also have great smoothies and boba drinks! Convenient location in north long beach. I don’t like driving down to east side long beach because it’s so crowded down there. I would give it 5 stars if they had more Cambodian options but I understand since it’s just a small fast food joint.

I like the fact that the food here is prepared fresh to order. I’m loving this fresh prepared food place. The cooks and the cashiers are really friendly and amiable. The restaurant is really clean.

Three words: SHRIMPFRIEDRICE!!! Their shrimp fried rice is seriously the business! So happy I’ve stumbled upon this hidden gem because whatever they do with that shrimp is so addicting. Definitely not your ordinary Chinese Fast Food restaurant because they offer other cuisines such as Cambodian or Vietnamese type entrees that are made to order. To name a few: — Meekathang(stir fried flat noodles topped with gravy) — Lok Lak(cubed beef served with rice) — Egg or Rice Noodle soup dishes — Rice Porridge In addition to the great food, they also serve boba! Not the best, but it sure does satisfy that boba craving if you’re in the area.
