Was a bit skeptical about hiring children’s entertainment because there are so many horror stories floating around about terrible performers, BUT this company well-​exceeded my expectations. I had a party for my twin boys’ 6^th birthday, one of which is along the autism spectrum, and we were sent out a wonderfully pleasant, and accommodating artist named Heather. She was calm, friendly and inviting to all of the children who attended the party. She was able to work independently while I ran around hosting and meeting the needs of my guests. She even made a few last minute balloons for a couple of late arrivers which I reallly appreciated. She could’ve looked at the time and jetted out of the door, but instead she asked if there was anything else I needed, and that simple gesture really made an impression.
I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for children’s entertainment. They provide quality service and reasonable prices to fit just about any budget!

I had my party yesterday I had mickey mouse come to my sons 1 bday party and he was late. Also Mickey mouse did not play games with the kids or had activities. I was very dissappointed not worth the money.

We hired «Rapunzel Princess»
1. She didn’t come in proper «Rapunzel Princess» look.
— Her hair (wig) was messy, showing her dark hair underneath of the wig and didn’t even have any flower decoration and it was messy enough for other guest to tell me.
— Her Rapunzel dress was dirty, and too small for her & too showy– (It looked very inappropriate in front of young children)
–Came in with No make up.
make up made her look as if she got just woke up from bed.
I was so embarrassed for guests as we had such a bad performer.
Lastly, not a single parent asked to take a picture with Rapunzel including myself.
I’m very regretful that I hired performer from your company.

This company sucks– do not use them! I ordered an Elmo character and other activities for my 2yr olds party tomorrow, 2 days ago the idiots cancelled. Shame on this company, they said it wasn’t in their «jurisdiction» — thanks for the heads up. So I had to scramble around. Don’t use these guys– as others said– unreliable and zero customer service! Buh bye —

If I could give them zero stars I would have ! I ordered a clown and Minnie mouse for my daughters birthday the clown was suppose to play games and stuff with kids she was quite unorganized none of the kids were laughing or playing with her. She was paid for 90 min, 60 min of balloon animals and games she maybe played one game, if that, and spent the rest of her time making a balloons that were mediocre and then came out as Minnie for 20 min instead of the full 30 min. Which meant some kids didn’t get their pictures with Minnie which wasn’t fair. So after my husband called to despite part of charges because we paid $ 400 and didn’t get what we were promised (we were only asking for a 50 $ discount out of the 400 $) …they were very rude about giving us a discount and when my husband and I left previous Unilocal reviews that they didn’t like obviously they called us and actually threatened us over the phone stating they know where we live from our billing address and where we work!!! We were so freaked out and couldn’t believe it we had to actually file a POLICE REPORT against them and was told by the police that we weren’t the first !!! On top of that they have already been reported to the Better Business Bureau by multiple people and somehow had our previous Unilocal reviews removed. I am not here just to give them a bad review but save anyone from the hassle, fear and headache of dealing with these horrible crazy people! STAY FAR AWAY!

That is how to perfectly describe this company!
You ruined my son’s birthday party for the character being late for over an hour — you delayed EVERYTHING! You get a phone call that the character is late at the time you’re supposed to expect the character.
Come weekday — you ask for explanation what on earth happened!!! You do not get a response… I followed-​up, to no avail!

I had sent an email to get a princess for my daughters birthday. They called me back I missed the call I was at work. I called back never got an answer. They emailed me they will contact me today its already almost 1 pm. Still no answer on phone or email. Went through another entertainer.

We hired SpongeBob for my stepdaughters 6^th birthday party and added on glitter tattoos.
The guy who came said that he was filling in for a friend and had never done the tattoos before and opened up this box filled with regular tattoos (ok by me because I didn’t know how the boys would react to glitter tattoos). However, there were no SpongeBob ones! So I quickly went through our goodie bags and pulled some out for the guy to use. He really didn’t know how to put the tattoos on, too much water on the sponge and not applying pressure so none of the tattoos were sticking. The kids didn’t care, they were having fun anyways. He did eventually figure it out and then any kid who wanted a tattoo got one.
He then helped us with the piñata and was fantastic with it! The kids loved it and it was great to stand back and watch while someone else did the piñata wonderfully!
Now it was time to dress as SpongeBob. He went and changed, but he couldn’t do the voice so we had to tell the kids that SpongeBob had a sore throat. It didn’t take long before one of the older kids realized it was the tattoo guy and the kids went crazy chasing him down. We took some group photos and then did the cake. He was great with his hand motions even without actually singing Happy Birthday. I told him he could change right after that since it was so hot. He came back and spent the rest of the time jumping with the kids.
Overall, we had a fantastic party! The tattoos & the no voice are the only reason I cant give 5 stars, otherwise, we everything was perfect and we had a blast!!!

Make sure you know what you’re getting! I paid $ 359 for what I thought was a sick looking storm trooper, according to their website, only to discover the day off it was a one sided cheap Halloween costume I would receive for 3hrs. Definitely did not look like a legit storm trooper and I would have been better off buying a cardboard cut out for photos since the costume had no back to it!!! The guy working was great but when you plan to have a «costumed character» roaming a large community event and you get a cheap costume that looks nothing like what was shown or promised it is a huge disappointment.

I booked the train for a company party and was a hit! Both adults and kids loved it. Mario the «conductor» was great. It was super easy to work with Happy Days Entertainment and I would certainly use them again should the occasion arise.

We rented a trackless train for my son’s 6^th birthday. I couldn’t have been more happy. From the friendly guy on the phone to the AMAZING man who drove the train, it was all 5 star. Ephraim was our train driver and everyone, from kid to parent, commented on how great he was. Request Ephraim!!! So, so happy with the whole experience and will recommend them to friend

the Princess was beautiful and amazing she sang and played games — she really engaged the kids and had fun — the costume was really nice and surprising that she did really nice face painting. the moms all had a great time because we could relax and enjoy, while the kids had fun! Rachel in the office was really nice and pleasant, with great follow up

The owner agreed to a more fair refund. I am pleased that there was an agreement, yet still disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I received when I spoke to the owner. He could have handled things differently since he ultimately agreed to a refund anyway. I would have loved to continue to refer their services and continue to use them in future events but based on his unprofessional attitude that won’t happen.

A couple years ago we hired a pirate Jack Sparrow from another company that does pirates only for a birthday party and were blown away with everything from the costume to the way he interacted with the kids. This year my son wanted Superman so I found Happy Days Entertainment online. I liked that they are listed in LB because I’d rather support local companies. I received an email back promptly with the requested information and when I called to book the lady on the phone was extremely nice. She gave me a list of things to expect and I said I’d rather skip the balloons because popped balloons all over the backyard makes for cranky kids and a mess, and I would prefer the face painting and some games.
When Superman showed up, his costume looked like a random guy going to a Halloween party. He was too tall for the costume, but the part that made me kind of wrinkle my nose was that he didn’t have a cape! Superman with no cape! Whatever I’m really not a picky person so no big deal. He was really nice and all, but he kind of walked in and I felt like he didn’t exactly know what to do. He wasn’t «in character» he didn’t immediately grab the kids attention, nothing like that. After meeting with the birthday boy, he brought out his balloons and started making balloons for the kids. Eeeks, not what I wanted, but whatever, the kids were happy. That took a very long time because the balloons were popping on the grass so those kids would come back for more, but again, whatever. He then did a couple little magic tricks which made the kids laugh, and then started the face painting. He did a great job, but it took forever! A lot of the boys were getting full masks on their face which took up so much time. I really felt like he should have managed time better by doing smaller paintings or something. It was just such a slow process that by the time he was done his time limit was over. (and it’s not that I had too many kids there because less than 10 of the kids there stood in line for the face painting) My son enjoyed him and was happy and all of that, but he was also disappointed because he did not play any games (I had told him they were going to play games and when Spiderman first got there he told him they were going to play games).
I wouldn’t say we had a «bad» experience, but it was definitely just okay. And next time I need a character, I’ll try another company.

Jen came to my daughter’s first birthday party, she was a GREAT candy cane girl!!! All the kids had a great time with her. She engaged all the toddlers and kept them entertained. The parents/​adults at the party were able to migle and socialize without worrying about their kids. THANK YOU JEN!

Kinsey did such an excellent job as a clown and then Cookie Monster! I love using this company for my events. I always get great customer service and great clowns/​characters! Thank you Happy Days!

I had been searching for weeks. Several companies answered rudely, never answered or would get their machine, which would never call back. ANd the one that did call back was extremely expensive.
I finally found This company. The first time i called, they answered and was very nice. Was very helpful with all my questions and needs. I was very happily surprised.
I decided to book them for the Elmo Character for my son’s 2^nd Bday party.
During the week, I received an email confirming everythigng.(they did charge me $ 10 more than what we had discussed on the phone, but at soon as i mentioned it to them, they quickly removed it with no issues :)
Their person who was planned to come to my home, called me the night before and also in the morning to discuss everything.
Her name was Miranda. She showed up perfectly on time and ready to go.
She was AWESOME! the kids LOVED her. she was very energetic and entertaining. I decided to do half entertainment (balloon, magic, etc) and then Elmo Character.
She was GREAT for both. Definitely would hire them again and especially Miranda.
Several of my friends also commented on how great she was. (definitely passed out her card)
My son had the best bday ever.
