Never once had any type of problem with food or services at this place and been coming here for the past 10+years.What’s up with all this people complaining?

Horrible customer service as a server I couldn’t believe it. We went in a bit loud since we were celebrating my cousins graduation. We had a small spillage and the employees only starred but never offered to help even though my sister asked twice for help. They never even brought napkins until we asked. Cups remained empty until we asked for refills. I was so confused because at my job I would have been fired or written up at the very least. Food came out wrong on 3 orders and it wasn’t even busy. Thanks i hop for your «excellent» customer service…

I been here 3 months almost every week. Today I call in to place my order I made sure that she understood what I wanted. When I got there I pick up my food on the go. When I arrived at work I notice she didn’t give what I order. Also the food was nasty cold and hash brown all burned.

Spur of the moment breakfast outing to cure a hang over 1^st time sitting and eating at this location. It will be our last time. Service was horrible… the waiter has not returned to offer us more water. I called the manager over because the silverware was dirty… now they wrap the knife and fork in a napkin… no saw the huge chunk of food??? He barely apologies and gets me plastic ware… as I type this our water walked passed us 3xs and not once said anything else… he just served the next table and kept pushing. Now my fellow Unilocalers should this person get a tip?

Ok food — discussing toilets!!! No toilet paper, dirty, toilets didn’t flush properly, vomit in sink gross

The Service Is Amazing. Me Other Half Always Give Me What I Want. I Wanted IHOP SO Guess what I’m Sitting Here Eating Chicken & Waffles I love their chicken & Waffles. Didn’t Have To Wait Long for Our Food…

Me and my wife try this script mice strawberry and whatever came with it I’m going to try the next one which will be the classic remind me next time we come here Services OK places all right restroom easy steamer cleaner than that we better service

I’m amazed of the service provided at this location. My server Eugenio, was so patient and friendly. The food was good and the timing was fast! Thank you Eugenio for the outstanding service, will return because of you!!!

Can’t complain, most times we are helped by the waiter Eugenio, he has great customer service, always wants the customer happy. Enjoy coming here with my family.

Came here before and the lady was REALLY nice and considerate. I forgot her name but it started with a C, oh wait it was Claudia so, she’s cool. Tip her if you get her.
Today I got a different lady but she was sweet as well. They were reasonably quick but hey ¹⁰⁄₁₅ really isn’t that of a wait imo
Food came out hot
They were generous with extra syrup.
Always smiled and didn’t have a crappy attitude like most people do so my experience was good.

I love pancakes! IHOP is my by far my favorite place to get my favorite food at a reasonable price. And on those days when I don’t feel like eating pancakes I can got for any other breakfast or lunch dish.

Never ever coming back here again! I went with my boyfriends family to have breakfast and we found a hair in my boyfriends meal. The manager NEVER came to apologize or address the situation and the waitress gave us 10% off?! I get treated better at McDonald’s! Poor customer service and the quality of food is lacking here. If I could give zeros stars I would.

DO NOT EVER EAT AT IHOP on 45^th and Atlantic.
We have been eating in this IHOP since it opened. Nicest People, Good Food and Clean. Even dinner was pretty darn good!
Well today, unfortunately it is a different story.
It was its usual crowded Sunday, no biggie. When I gave our name, which I have multiple times. I said I don’t want to sit by the bathroom or the way back room. We sat down fairly quickly. He walked us to the back room, it was Miguel. I told him I said I didn’t want to sit in the back, you get no service. He said I’m here and don’t worry…
We waited and waited and some kid came to take our order, unfortunately we had 4 sets of dirty silverware I asked for plastic. My Mom ordered Eggs and Pancakes and I ordered Turkey Dinner. After EVERYONE in the room who came in after us were served, I finally found our server. He was MIA. He said be patient they’re working on it. Immediately a runner came with our food, my Mom’s eggs were hard and ice cold, my Turkey Dinner came from refrigerator to the table, not even slightly warm. I could not find the server. Found Miguel and he said he’d take care of it. Miguel and the server brought the food back from the MICROWAVE!!! I said that was unacceptable, eggs don’t go into a microwave. Miguel started yelling at us (Full Restaurant) and told us to get out! His screaming was mortifying. We come there a minimum of once a month. What service! I thought Miguel was going to slug us as he waltzed us out the door. He SCREAMED never to come back again!
I will be sending this to the Better Business Bureau and The Health Department. God knows if the silverware was bad, what else is growing or crawling in the back room???
Don’t waste your money, unless you don’t care to eat cold food on dirty plates and silverware. There should be ZERO STARS

I love IHOP Pancakes, but since when did it cost almost $ 15, pre-​tax I might add, for an omelette with a stack (3) of pancakes? That’s really expensive for a chain breakfast joint. There are better mom-​n-​pop breakfast places off Atlantic Ave, that don’t cost an arm and a leg to satisify those breakfast cravings. Look up Bake n Broil or Polly’s Pies for reasonable yummy eats!
Service here was also meh. I ordered a glass of water during my order, but my waiter waited to bring it along with my meal. Water was never refilled too.

We got there today about 9am it was packed! My husband and I thought it was going to be a long wait. So once we got off and sign our names the young man said it’d be 20 mins, cool. It was literally like 10 mins when we were called. Wow! :D the manager was at his 100% very friendly and nice. The food was delicious and right on time. The only thing was that it was 3 of us and we only have 2 forks and spoons. So one of us ate w a spoon. When they went to check up on us they brought us an Xtra fork (half way done w our food) other than that everything was great! will go back definitely. Maybe this time I’ll take my own fork from home :) lol

What was I thinking? Another attempt to try eating at establishments that I drive by and wonder if the food and service is worth the price they charge. The IHOP is famous for its pancakes and I had great memories as a kid with my family eating at the IHOP.
Well with time some things get better but apparently the demand for food weakens that postulate.
Ordering a veggie omlette seemed easy enough but what came was a broccoli and cheese one. I thought I could slather it with salsa but the processed hash brown potatoes could not overcome this overdose of a vegetable i use to despise as a child. This meal needs toast but IHOP requires an either or arrangement. It’s pancakes, toast or hash browns but not two of the three choices. For those who remember SNL, its the «cheeseburger and coke, no pepsi» routine.
But the coffee was good and plentiful and my server Eugenio was the best.

Food was okay. Not the best. Coffee was really watered down. We first get there and we seen an ant so the manager made someone clean it. Then we seen a few more and we moved tables. Apparently ants is no a problem in a restaurant. We ate our meal which was blah. We got our ticket and proceeded to the front where we told to go back and give our money to our waitress… it was so busy. So we waited about 15 to 20 minutes before our ticket was paid.
We complained to the manager but he seemed okay with the ants and poor service.
Hopefully we won’t go back.

If there would be zero stars i would give it zero stars.
Worse customer service ever. My table was never visited during my visit and we were cornered the whole time.
Will not visit this ihop again and i will tell people not to come because of the horrible service.
My server Pedro did not inform us that there was no chicken and he still let us order it. Never once did he come to tell us there was none. We waited atleast 30 mins for the chicken that never came. I asked to talk to the manager twice and nobody came. Our food got cold and the manager didnt seem to care about it. He just asked for our payment and thats it.
We will NEVER return to this ihop.

IHOP is always a favorite of mine. I always get the rooty tooty fresh and fruity with turkey sausage and hash browns. It is so good. When I went it was just me and another person so we didn’t wait long. The hash browns — crispy
Eggs — tender and tasty
Pancakes — Soft, fluffy, and hot
Turkey Sausage — THE BEST SAUSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!
Turkey Bacon — Salty and delicious
It is always a wonderful experience coming to IHOP and i would recommend it to anyone and I do! I give it five stars because the the great food, good atmosphere, correct orders, and fast service. Awesome!

My nephew wanted pancakes for breakfast so I took him here for brunch on a Sunday and boy, was it packed! I guess lots of people go here for Sunday family brunch. It was about a 10 – 15 minutes wait until we got a table. I got the country fried steak and it came with hash brown and eggs and 2 pancakes. I always forget that pancakes always come with the entrees and I never eat the pancakes so we always end up taking it home. My country fried steak was decent, crunchy, a bit salty to my liking, and the meat was juicy.
Service is fast and efficient and it is great for kids because they give the kids crayons and a worksheet to work and color in. You pay up front at the register and for 3 people, the total came to about $ 45.
