I started going to ILKB about two weeks ago starting with the Groupon package. After the first class I was addicted. Fitness has always been a major part of my life, but the workouts here are nothing like I have ever experienced before. Each and every class, I leave dripping sweat, with a clear mind and always in a better mood than when I got there. Every part of your body gets out to work during the hour of class. The instructors are absolutely AMAZING. They are warm and welcoming, and have the ability to push you during class in times when you need the motivation the most. I’ve never kick boxed before so I was a little nervous going in but they put your anxieties to rest almost instantly. They are so helpful when it comes to getting your form down in order to get the most effective results… and let me tell you, you WILL get results. I see changes in my body in just two weeks that I have never come close to before. For me, my stomach has always been a problem spot and I can now see definition in my abs that has NEVER been there. Also, I’ve gotten so many compliments on my arms and legs in the past week and the reason for that is ILKB. If you are sick of the gym and need a workout to change up your routine, if you are looking for a workout to get fast results, OR if you are looking for something to get you into fitness, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I truly cannot say enough good things about ILKB. It feels like I’ve joined a new family and it’s something I look forward to going to everyday. Becoming a member of this place has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time. If you’re looking for a positive change in your life, this is your answer.
