Place was really busy but they put me in a free chair and soaked my feet in warm salt water in a dope massage chair while I waited!
Tina worked on my feet and did a great job cleaning them up and polished my little toes perfectly. Also foot massage was heavenly!

I was visiting long beach and I needed a clean place to get my nails done. This place is so clean. Staff are so nice, friendly and professional. Know what they are doing. Really good price compare to their service.

Every time I come here, they take care of me very well. I am always seen promptly. Amy, Tina and Helen are always very welcoming. Sometimes, I go to other places out of sheer convenience, but I always regret it. Here, I am never disappointed. Tina does wonderful facials. Amy does awesome pedicures and gel nails and I’ll be trying Helen out soon. They always take their time, and the extra massage is always a bonus! I love the Deluxe Pedicure!

I improved my rating to 5 stars as they’ve gotten even better with services. I have my two ladies whose name I won’t mention cause I dont want to share:(they always make sure I leave happy with my nails or waxing. They are friendly and like to joke around, you don’t get the vibe that you’re getting talked about. Prices are reasonable for what you’re getting.

Came here 5 min before they were about to close and they gladly took me in! They took they’re time doing my pedi and they did a great job!
The staff is super sweet!

Me and my friend went there on a friday afternoon. I wanted to show her how nice and fun it was to get a pedicure and she decided that she would get a french manicure as well. The pedicure was ok but the lady did such a bad job on the manicure. A lady walked in after us and she was in a rush so my friend’s manicure was done very quickly. She was so dispointed, the white line was so undefined and look very bad. We do a better job at home. Not returning there for sure!

Went in for a pedi and and gel manicure. Very quick and efficient! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They worked on both services at the same time so i was out in about an hour.

I like the people working in this nail shop, they are really sweet and friendly. All smiles and conversation. I will definitely come back here.

I love the service I get at Inails. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and comfortable every time I go which is about every two weeks.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. I’m not giving it 4 stars because the tub was kind of dirty, where I put my feet for my pedicure. The chair was dirty. Which is doable, considering my pedi was only $ 15. That was by far the cheapest I’ve ever paid for a pedi. The ladies were very nice. And the woman who gave me my pedi, gave me the best leg massage ever! Another thing I didn’t like was the $ 1 fee for charging my card vs paying with cash. I know credit card fees don’t cost that much. Overall my pedicure was decent. She messed up on a couple of toes, but it’s not a huge deal. So for the price, it’s worth it. I’d go back again. It’s walking distance from most anywhere downtown Long Beach. Street parking is available.

Previously, I’ve been here twice before and left 10 $ tips with even small taps like my 20 $ nail repair… just to show that I am a valued customer that tips and so I expect to be treated as such every time I come. I know statistically us brothers and sisters have a bad rep with not tipping, I work as a bartender/​server so I am qualified to state that, and that is exactly why I show love whenever I am serviced.
I tipped this lady 10 $ ON SATURDAY for a 20 $ bill and I am not exaggerating when I say she didn’t care about no detail to my experience today. My feelings are hurt and I hated to even give her 5 $ but I still did because I’m better then that. I will not go back.

I have never written a Unilocal review in my life but need to buckle down and put into writing my disappointment with this place.
I live up the block, so I have been walking here now and then, over the span of four months, for convenient manicures (usually acrylic fills) and pedicures, and my boyfriend occasionally joins me for the pedis. If you are familiar with DT LB, you know how atrocious parking is and can imagine my excitement at having a nail salon so close.
Everyone here is always super nice. They remember us and are pretty efficient. However, every time I’ve gone, something has gone (very) wrong. They either nick my skin while filing the nails, dig too deeply into my big toenails to the point of pain or bleeding (despite my instructions ahead of time to refrain from digging), and this most recent time, Amy (who I specifically requested due to a decent job she did one other time) couldn’t paint a straight line to save her life. I asked for a diagonal line across each nail, half black, half white. She painted crooked, sloppy lines, acted like the job was done, and when I pointed out how it looked like they could be straighter (quite diplomatically, I might add), she proceeded to redo only the middle finger on my right hand and no others. I was so frustrated by my accumulated poor experiences here that I didn’t ask her to fix any others. She also gave my right pointer finger a brush burn from filing too vigorously and too close to my fingertip (I asked for my acrylics to be short, granted, but she was filing at an angle rather than straight on, which led to the burn).
I give them two stars rather than one because not ALL of my experiences have been bad here and, as I said, they’re friendly enough. However, I won’t be back to give them any more chances. Their carelessness and lack of pride in their work is evident, more so than any of these types of nail places I’ve patronized. I kept trying because they’re so damn convenient, but I guess I’ll be leaving my neighborhood bubble for my nails moving forward.

They did a great job on my gel. My pedicure was subpar. However they are not cleaning the foot spas or manicure tools in between customers. I was mortified… praying that one of them didn’t accidentally cut my skin during the manicure. Not sure they understand the health risks they are subjecting people to with their laziness/​ignorance. Either way I won’t be back for a mani or pedi. I may get my eyebrows done again if I’m desperate since they are so close to my house.

Had a spa pedi & gel mani & my nails are ALREADY CHIPPING! Paid $ 49 (includes tip) & I’m pissed! I’ll be going back as soon as I can to have them fixed!

Wonderful service today ! Helen did my manicure and Hanna did my pedicure. They were like angels, I didn’t feel a thing. Very gentle and kind. I was comfortable the entire experience. I was in the chair for about 45 minutes and received super star treatment. My experience was clean and absolutely throrough. A few weeks ago I went in for a bikini wax Tina was so completely detailed I didn’t have a stray hair anywhere. 45 $ for the wax and $ 25 for the mani+pedi great prices! I’m definitely going back.

Terrible, terrible, terrible… DO NOT GO HERE!!! Literally it’s not that hard to paint in the lines. I asked them to repaint and they didn’t have time. I’ve given them 3 chances and have been disappointed every single time. It sucks because they’re so close to my place, but id rather drive 10 minutes to another salon

we do «threading» OMG NO. Don’t do it they use the thread in a tweezing motion, grabbing and pulling straight up? Is this a joke! Hurt so bad then she tweezed both eyes for 2 mins each… I would have just tweezed them myself! WITHOUT BLOOD! Now I have scabs on my eyebrows and my baby shower is tomorrow! The worst. My nails look good. but I can not believe they charged me my eyebrows, they don’t even trim them… They look so bad like my 11 year old sister tweezed them, still hair everywhere and too many chunks of skin missing to get them threaded by somebody who knows what they’re doing. I’m warning you now

So just don’t go. I am Having really bad luck with beauty places! Dont let them fool you! Nice people but I honestly believe they don’t clean things. I Walked in on a Sunday morning. Fast service. 1 star for that. Other then that, no. I’m still growing back one nail and two nails have green marks growing under the nails. I’m about to soak my nails off now. When I went, I explained to him that I hurt my nail. But he looked at it and insisted it was good. So I didn’t really think much of it. He was great accommodating that nail. Didn’t hurt it too much during the fill. But 4 days later I couldn’t take it and had to take the nail off. My nail under it had a big bubble and it was painful! Got it popped and it was infected! So the middle of my nail was taken off. Now two other fingers, same hand, have green stuff growing! They need to be reported. It’s not sanitary!

My Mother and I went to this nail salon on August 2. Amy, the nail technician, asked me to sit in the chair and put my feet in the bucket while she filled it up. I refused to until she put some of the blue disinfectant in it. After she did that and cleaned it, I decided to put my feet in. She then managed to give me a really nice pedicure. After the pedicure, she did my manicure. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed but ended up doing a nice job on both my feet and hands.
However, I will NEVER visit this place again due to the following reasons.
1. Did not clean out bucket until asked.
2. After she was done with me, she asked me to remain seated. I then watched her go over to the sink and rinse off the tools that she used on me. Remember, she made me bleed.
3. She then went to the customer seated next to me and started using the tools that she used on me. I asked Amy why she is using the same tools on this customer and she said that she rinsed them and that they were fine. I asked her if they disinfect the tools and she told me that she didn’t know what that meant. I told the customer not to use them and that Amy had made me bleed. (I wonder who else may have bled that used these?)
4. The Customer then asked Amy to use different tools so Amy went and got different tools. She then asked Amy if the nail file had been cleaned and Amy said yes. I said No, it still has my nail filings on it. She disagreed.
5. I spoke to the owner Helen and Helen asked me not to report them to the Health Department and that they would try to do a better job. She didn’t seem too concerned.
She did tell me that I will not get a disease because she has clean customers. I told her that she does not know this and the health department requires certain procedure for cleaning and sanitizing the equipment.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
Last week, I went to the Dr because I wasn’t feeling well. I have now had a fever for a week. It better not be due to this place. But, symptoms came on within 2 days of visiting.

I am sure it all depends on the staff but the lady who was handling my pedi motivated me to write this review. She was older lady… however never got her name.
1. Cleanness was questionable.
2. I felt pinches here & there during cuticle removal process but didn’t mention anything. However, she ended up cutting it too close so I bled.
3. Bleeding didn’t stop fast enough so I told her that I would like her to stop. She was putting everything she could find to put on a cut to make it stop bleeding (oh lord… just dont let me get infected… ugh)
4. Forgot to mention but they charge you extra $ 5 for the scrub during ‘pedicure’…hmm iNail should reconsider using ‘pedicure’ as a name for the service they provide then… who does that?
5. I wanted to see how much she was going to charge me so didn’t say anything as I was leaving… and she charged me $ 10 for removing my nail polish, filing & making me bleed.
So make your own conscious choice, my fellow Unilocalers! It better not get infected… otherwise…Ima be pissed!
