I would not recommend Interface Systems to anyone. I met a sales rep at networking event and decided to do our phones and internet with them. Although the installation was delayed over a month, he was nice, and I continued to be patient until it was installed. That was warning sign number 1. The sales rep also told me it was month-to-month and took pride in selling that. Months later, when we upgraded our internet, we signed for the change and they changed the contract to a 5 year contract without saying anything. Later on, when we wanted to upgrade our internet again, they quoted us over $ 100 for 1mbs additional upload speed. It was pretty outrageous and that us when they told us that we’re stuck with them because of that contract. They outsource phones to AT&T and internet to Time Warner Cable. Go with Time Warner or AT&T directly instead. They are much cheaper. Also, we’ve had mishaps with our bills that were sent to our office that Interface was supposed to pay, and I’ve honestly had to call Interface so many times to get the issue taken care of. I was talking to Sue one day and then a few weeks later I try to follow up and find out Sue is gone and then I talk to Nancy. It was a horrid process and a huge waste of time. I will never make the mistake of going with a 3rd party for telecommunications again. We have about 3 more months on this contract, and I can’t wait for it to be over with. This is a warning. Do NOT go with them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is absolutely the worst, most unprofessional company our business has ever dealt with! You receive calls weekly about«checking your system» but then receive tickets unexpectedly without a call/notice ANYTHING prior to them calling the police. We received 2 tickets within 2 months about a false alert, which never occurred AND were never contacted before they notified the police and were given the ticket. Each ticket is $ 200. Then when we called to speak with supervisors, the agents are rude, snarky, and condescending. When speaking with supervisors, they never return phone calls or emails and are completely non responsive. Several times we have had a technician come unexpectedly and without request to «check the alarm.» And then we ended up being charge for him to come! When we didn’t even authorize the charge or request a technician. The technician came and had no idea what he was doing. We told him several times if he would set the alarms off come back another time or just do not do anything as we have meetings and clients present, he stated he would not set anything off, then BOTH times had the alarms going off for 10+ minutes. Now we are in the process of trying to resolve the two ticket issues and the $ 200 bill for the invoice for the technician to come out that we did not request, ask for, authorize, who we actually told to leave, and who did not do anything, and again, we are not able to get in touch with anyone, yet again, sat on the phone for over an hour and a half, and still to know avail. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they should definitely go out of business and soon!
