The only thing better then the sandwiches from this location is the service. I usually go pretty late at night maybe within an hour of closing. They always remember me and keep the service on a personal basis.
Tonight they happened to run out of white bread and had to give me wheat so Larry took care of my entire meal. I would 100% recommend this place, as I go at least twice a week.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited 20min for my hot grilled chicken sandwich which they say has to be made in the back due to the hot chicken. My sandwich was forgotten about & I had to ask 2x as to where it was. The 2nd time I asked they have a what looks to me as a sandwich just sitting in the back, some kid hollars out, «oh that’s hers, it’s all done.» Then another girl chimes in and says the same thing. I grab it and go home to enjoy my sandwich. I get home & open it up & it’s a wrap saturated in some disgusting sauce! I was soooooo mad I just threw it away. Very incompetent store, I’d never go back!

The food was good. The service wasn’t the best. I was left mid sentence trying to make my order when the employee walked away and never came back and I had to wait for someone else. Not sure if they were tired since it was the night shift, but it was rude and instead of greeting new customers they would just say «do you know what you want» –_​– These kids need to learn how to give better customer service and stop fooling around in the back.

Jersey Mikes is the bomb. No other national chains can even go toe to toe with Mikes.
This location keeps up with JM’s mentality; great sandwiches, fresh food, friendly service. Every time I go the folks that work there are nice, funny, and friendly. I can’t say that I’ve ever been disappointed at Mikes.

Update! I come here often, at least once a week, again staff amazing! So nice, order is always correct (picking up for multiple people mind you!) the new manager Larry is so quick and so nice I wish I could give more stars! I love this place! Up in my top 3’s!

I called in an order and when I got there the place was empty. They still gave me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered plus didn’t give me any napkins in the bag! The sandwich was still pretty good though

Not sure why this place doesn’t rate higher. Best sandwich in town. Staff is quick and friendly. I love the opportunity to eat here.
Parking is rough and limited… but won’t hold that against the chain.

As a chain sub sandwich, Jersey Mikes is impressive. Way north of Subway in quality and flavor. I love their «Mikes Way» with a pile of pepperoncini with Turkey and provolone. Everything looks fresh, they slice your meats and cheese to order in front of you. Not too fancy, just subs done right.

Every time I come in I am welcomed with such enthusiastic employees. The food is great and the employees are great! What more can you ask for?
This time I came in and I was contemplating on getting something different than what I usually do (#13), then one of the employees, Oscar, suggested that I get it grilled. The sandwich was great and tastes a little different than what I normally. I thought it was so nice for him to suggest that and grill it for me. I love coming in and also love the points system they have.
Shoutout to Oscar for being so friendly and awesome!

Came here for the first time today and had the original, mini size, it was really good and filling! They didn’t hold back at all on the meat and I got all the toppings. Next time I might not get the jalapeños too much spice going on. And you get a free cookie your first time. The cookie was really soft and moist.

You know at first I was like Jersey Mike’s? whats that?
Turn out this place has grown on me and I prefer it over the other submarine sandwich places.
Tried a few of their standard subs and also created some of my own. Highly suggest Mike’s way as it seems to add a ton of flavor to a sandwich.
Also got the shorepoints; eventually with enough points you get a free sandwich.

My first time here and they’ve sold me. My boyfriend and i both got the big kahuna philly… omggggggg i have never had such a great philly before!!! The flavors were amazing. I got a regular and my boyfriend got a giant… neither of us could finish lol. But i loved it so much I’ll be back. i only wishs they had twister fries! But this place is absolutely delicious!

I like this place probably just because I think Subway is the most disgusting thing ever so if I’m ever pressed for a sub and I don’t know of a good deli around, this is probably the best available option. Went here because I had a certificate for a free birthday sandwich and drink. It was awesome… maybe because it was free… but awesome nonetheless.

Love love love the sub sub subs here! I think the cutting of the meat so fresh and so thin really pays off as the flavors are brought right to the front of each bite. Bread is soft and has great texture to it and all around I consider Jersey Mike’s to be the pinnacle of take out sandwiches.
Drawback is the price but if the old saying is you get what you pay for holds true for you, then these really do live up to the price. Just know going in that a regular size sub is about $ 8 each but are as wide as a togos.
Another huge point for Jersey Mike’s is their affiliation with the Angels. Every time the Angels score more than 10 in a game you get a free regular sub!!! WHAAAATT!!! So awesome, just need to use it within 2 days of the scoring and boom walk right out of the place with no money exchanging hands at all.
