This is a great family owned construction company. I was pleased at how honest and upfront Kenny was with us. He was not the cheapest but very reasonably priced. He was very personable and passionate I could tell every step of the way when he showed us the daily results. We even had a city inspector that did not like the way something was done and it was immediately fixed for the inspector and it didn’t need to be rescheduled. The attention to detail was amazing and he always was getting feedback from us each step of the way. There are not many companies out there like this anymore. It’s nice to be able to have a personal one-​on-​one relationship with someone that gets things accomplished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

My sister called Konrad Konstruction to fix the wood framing on our front door and replace the iron screen security door. They came out and quickly were able to fix everything. I was also impressed with their quick, critical thinking when faced with an obstacle that we had failed to mention. The work done was professional and we would definitely call on them again.

Kenneth came out on 2÷8÷13, looked at the outdoor wood siding we needed replaced, and said he’d get back to us with an estimate. When a week passed and we didn’t hear from him, we called and left a message. It’s 2÷19÷13, and we still haven’t heard from him. Too bad. He seemed like a nice guy.

I hired Konrad Konstruction for a new floor installation + base boards in a 1100sq ft condo. The work they did is truly exceptional. They went above & beyond my expectations. They were respectful & the workmanship was clearly done by people with knowledge & experience. They take pride in their work. This kind of quality is hard to find. I highly recommend them for any job.
