This place is so great. I REALLY wanted to do an inscription of my fiancé’s papa’s handwriting on the inside of his ring since his papa was the most important person in his life. Larson Jewelers was one of the only places around I found could do handwritten inscriptions. I was worried about ordering online but their customer service was great and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I had my fiancé’s finger measured and then ordered a tungsten ring with the handwritten engraving. The ordering process was a breeze. When the ring arrive it was absolutely perfect. The engraving looked great and the ring itself was really nice. When I had my fiancé try it on, unfortunately the ring was way too big and slipped off without assistance, a measuring error on our part I think because the ring measured true to size. I contacted customer service to see if I would have to purchase a new ring since mine was engraved already, but they told me I would get one redo if I sent it back and exchanged it. WHOOHOO! I was so thrilled that I wouldn’t have to purchase a whole new ring. Larson Jewelers went above and beyond and and their communication and customer service was really top notch. Now I’m just waiting on the new ring and I will post another update when it arrives.

Found the ring we saw we wanted on the Larsen Jewelers website for half the cost of our preferred local jeweler. We had discussed many times wanting to have it engraved with the silver fern, the national emblem of New Zealand, where my fiancé hails from. We could not find a reputable jeweler that could laser engrave the ring. I sent the design and an email to ask if it would be doable in contrast to a set of cuff links that is similar to what we have in mind. I promptly got an email back confirming this would absolutely be possible. Ordering online was seamless and easy. I am looking forward to seeing the final product!

*This review is for the online ordering process only* After months of going from one mall Jewelry store to another my soon to be husband was not finding his«perfect» wedding band. After searching online he found his match which was a Triton Band that we could only find at Larson Jewlers. The online ordering process was super easy and we were even able to have the inside of the band engraved at a much cheaper price than any other retail stores. Now with that said, at all the jewelry stores his ring finger was also measuring a size 13.5 and according to them it would take a 6 week special order for his size to come in. With Larson, we ordered, they engraved and in less than a week we had it. To their credit hey did send a 14.5 band but it was too big! After returning the ring 2 times we discovered there was a free measuring packet they would send you on their website. We ordered that for free, it came in within 4 days and discovered his true run size was an 11.5. So lesson learned, of your ordering wedding bands or rings have them send you the sizer for free! It’s definitely with it! Throughout the process they responded promptly to emails and always sent me tracking numbers of when the ring was sent out. Mad shout out to Heather for all her patience and understanding! She was the best! Another tip: don’t wait till the last minute like other people did on here. It’s just the ring, don’t let it ruin your wedding. We ordered ours 2 months ahead of time and returned it 3 times. We have our perfect ring within 3 weeks of the wedding. That’s pretty darn good! Thank you Larson!

I really wanted to come by and take a look at rings and maybe try and figure out a size. But since they are only open during the hours that 90% of people are at work, I’ll be looking somewhere else. I was excited that they had some of the styles that I liked online but they also had some bad reviews. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see how the customer service was in person. But unfortunately that won’t happen. :/

Great website, great pricing and speedy delivery options. They seems to have a really good selection of rings on offer, and in several places gives lots of information about what the benefits are of the different metal types available.

Ring came out great and arrived promptly. It was shipped a bit tackily, though. It came priority mail in a pressboard envelope, when it should have been shipped in a box — Or at the very least a bubble-mailer. My fiancé loves the Star Wars Hoth battle scene, and I enjoyed being able to do a personalized inscription inside. All in all, it’s unique, well-priced, and we had no difficulties. Oh, and I got my $ 10 discount for taking the time to review them. :)

This review is for the online ordering process only. I will update once the ring is received. I ordered my soon to be husband a lain Tungsten ring(at his request — men don’t really ask for much when it comes to jewelry lol). Don’t get me wrong — Tungsten is a beautiful metal — just glad its on the inexpensive side if you know what I mean. What we were really excited about was the engraving — HEIS A HUGESTARWARSNERD(And I am now developing into one also)! I love the fact that they had the STARSJEDI2 font to engrave rings with. We can’t wait to see it. I like how they had different options for the band width too. Very easy and user-friendly processing on their website. So far, very please with the purchase process.

Wow where do I start… I was told once the order was shipped I would get a email … never did… once I did get and pay for the fed x $ 17.50 fee it came in a prority overnite box… how tacky… then to open the box and have a ripped and glue WEDDINGRING box was heart acheing… now the ring… it appreared to have a cut in the metal on one side of the ring so I washed it with hot suddy water and what ever was on it came off and showed just a little scratch… I emailed the chat and spoke with Tom which was a waste of time. He refused to give me a mangers name to talk to … ask me to send the ring back. I don’t have the time … 3 days b 4 a wedding… are you kidding… so I have to end up giving my husband a scratch jacked up wedding band that I have to buy a new box for. Tom justin or jason have no customer service skilss they will argue with you even thou they know they send out cheap made in china products and try to make you think ur getting something special. DONOTUSETHESEJEWERLER. I asked Nicole to give me the owners name and addess and of course never a response to my email… so so disappointed in these people.

This review is for the online aspect of their business: After having slogged through a variety of jewelers, both in-person and online, I was getting fed up– everything was either boring and derivative, or they cost far too much. Then I stumbled onto the unique designs of Larson Jewelers and I loved them– eventually choosing two(a matching set) to be shipped. I chose the one-day shipping, and the rings arrived very promptly, one of the rings was perfect, but other was sized wrong(which was my fault) but more importantly the gem was chipped! At the time, due to a terrible experiences with Kay Jewelers, I was very frustrated the whole concept of jewelers in general, and so I sent a somewhat catty response to them with pictures comparing the two rings(easily showing what was wrong with one of them). A representative(Nicole) got back to me that very same day and sent the return form required to exchange the ring. Still being upset I responded that I felt cheated since I had paid for one-day shipping and now had to wait over a week to receive a ring due to a structural defect. Unlike trying to weasel out of the mistake or ignore me, Nicole owned up to it and authorized free one-day shipping for a replacement. One week later the ring arrives as promised, and it was absolutely perfect. This is what professionalism means– mistakes inevitably happen, but it is a company that is willing to deal with them in a professional manner that separates the average company from an exceptional one. I will wholeheartedly recommend Larson Jewelers to my friends in the future.

These people are awful! Don’t do business with them because you will NOT get your money’s worth. My husband and I decided to purchase our wedding rings from Larson. We went to their(seedy and dirty) show room in Long Beach, CA, and in spite of my intuition, we chose 2 rings. Both of the rings are tungsten and my husband’s ring also had a small diamond in it. Within 6 months, a dingy gray had replaced the shiny silver tone of our rings. On top of that, after 8 months, my husband’s diamond fell out!!! The ring got scratched up even though the salesman said tungsten is supposed to be super hard to scratch. We sent the ring back and, to their credit, they did replace my husband’s ring with another one exactly. However, every time we called to check on the status of the ring, we had to talk to a nasty customer service representative, who could never give us any information about the ring. Anyway, it took about 2 months and before we finally received a replacement ring. We couldn’t believe it when, within 2 months of receiving the replacement ring, THEDIAMONDINTHATONEFELLOUT, TOO!!! We could not believe it. It’s clear that Larson sells low quality products, so we are now looking for rings that will stand the test of time. Don’t buy anything from here unless you want to waste your money.
