When I go to refi, I want the best rate. Period. Customer service is secondary. But Lauren and her staff get 5 stars. Stellar customer service and the best rate. No funny games, no bait & switch. Fast turnaround, and even sent the notary to my house to complete all the paper work! Fantastic. I will certainly use Lauren for my future mortgage loans.
