Hired LINKS for an in office appointment with a client of our firm. Paid Credit Card Fee upfront. NO ONE SHOWED. When we called to inquire about the interpreters status, they were very blasé, they said they were unable to reach the interpreter. When we inquired if they could send another interpreter out asap since we had a client waiting, she said well I guess I could try! At this point we decided to ask for a full refund and had to schedule an additional meeting with our client. Very Unprofessional.
