Thank you guys for a awesome ice carving, just what we wanted.
Being on time was an extra plus, being late wouldn’t have played out.
Spot on to brining everything needed to make the ice stand out, many of the guest just stared at it.

I’ve been using this company for the past few years to get ice for high school track meets. They’ve always delivered on time, been reasonable, and the delivery guys have been wonderfully friendly and helpful. Look forward to using them for years to come.

These guys are a lifesaver… The staff is super professional, they offered ideas and suggestions and help me when I was in a pinch. The fact that they are open till 8 PM helps a whole bunch too.

Affordable? I don’t think so. 20lb bag of ice $ 4 plus tax, I can go and get it at superior supermarket for $ 3.49. Not just only that But rude. Very rude. I hope who ever the person that help me is not the owner of the place, but if he is, he’s doing a good job of Chasing me away.

Amazing company to work with on our large event with prompt and courteous service. Called numrious places and I had to leave messages, go through a phone tree or they had to get back to be on the price, or they simply did not do deliveries.
Choose to have them do our event with over 250 guest. They have Long beach Ice co (locqted in Long Beach and Gardena) and US Crystal Ice (in Los Angeles).
They answered the phone the first time, I gave them our order and got a price on the spot PLUS they deliver! They made the delivery just as promised.. There is nothing like speaking to a warm body on the other line. Thanks Joe, Gavin and staff! :)

We’ve worked with Long Beach ice for over four years as our supplier of ice for special events throughout Southern California. Joe, Freddie and the rest of the LB Ice team are great to work with and on time with our deliveries. Perfect! Pull your car up to the dock, tell the guy what you want and he brings it out. $ 8 for a 40lb bag. Beats going to the grocery store, loading 37 bags into the cart, waiting in line, then loading the car up.
Traffic on Cherry can suck sometimes, but if you come north bound, it’s easier to get in because the place is on the east side of the street.
They also do specialty ice, dry ice, crushed ice, etc. I believe they will deliver for big orders.

I always come here to get my 300lb blocks of ice for carving. Joe (s) and team are very welcoming and very friendly. Gil, and Gavin are top notch, GIl is one of the best carvers I have seen and is very humble about it he always offers tips and invites me to carve with him. Gavin does a great job handling the office and also offers great advice. Anyone in need of ice, party supplies, or even an ice sculpture creation for their next event should head straight to LB Ice. One of the best ice houses, I have been to. Thanks guys.

This place is the best, as I drove up it brought back a lot of memories of my childhood. I grew up in San Jose and before a long holiday weekend on our houseboat we would stop at the San Jose Ice company. This place looked just like that, cool dock you could drive right up to big freezer door, blue collar guys with work gloves on.
They are also great because they are open 7 days a week and have great hours something like 6am-​8pm. I needed a small block of Dry Ice and they happily brought me out a block and for only $ 10. Good deal, cool place. pun intended
