We drove all the way from Lake Stevens for the July 4th weekend looking forward to their pizza. I met a lady bouncer at the door and she confirmed that they still made pizza. I sat on the bar counter next to the window for 5 – 10 minutes with no service even though there were 8 – 10 employees«working» behind the bar. Maybe they didn’t see? Bouncer lady asked me if I got my order in when I got off the barstool. I told her no worries, I’ll try standing in front of the cash register to place my order. So I stood in front of the register with a pizza menu and a credit card for another 5 – 10 minutes and with zero acknowledgement. Even the local guy who was trying to pay for his tab started to count how many people behind the bar before they took his money. I finally gave up, walked out and told the bouncer that I guess they don’t want my business. All she said was sorry honey instead of calling a waitress to help me. It’s too bad because this is a tourist town and I tell my friends where to eat when they are in Long Beach. I will no longer recommend this place.

We always get LBT pizza when we come to the beach! Come hungry, these pizzas are thick crust — but still have a nice crunchy exterior with pillowy inside and LOTS of toppings. These pizzas are hearty! Veggie pizza is my favorite and includes; mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions, olives, pineapple and jalapeño and so much delicious cheese! Would give 5 stars solely upon food and value paid for satiating our appetites but sometimes the service can be a little slow and atmosphere leaves a little to be desired(but what do I expect, it’s a local tavern afterall!) Staff is friendly and food is great. Best pizza we’ve had on Peninsula.

I’m giving this place full on 5 stars for the pizza, OMG. The best. The place is a dive, dated, old, dark but… the. pizza! One slice will fill you up. It’s stacked thick and tastes like goodness. Bloody Mary’s aren’t bad either. I’d go back more often if my arteries would allow it.

Just had the seafood pizza(Norwegian) and it was epic. Friends told me how good it was, and they were right. Highly recommend trying it. Loaded with shrimp, crab, lobster, etc. Can’t wait to come back and have it again.

Ok so it was late and every thing was closed in long beach washington. So I got me a nice cold glass of chard. and enjoyed the locals singing caroke. We will be back for lunch tomorrow as the food flowed out of the kitchen late night we regreted out earlier dinner choice. Cheers!

Where do I start? I hated waiting for over an hour for tater tots and nachos. Yes, they were busy, but come on, an hour for two orders of tots and 1 nacho? And not once did anybody say sorry. A local guy went back and asked what was taking so long and they said they were busy with pizzas. Too bad, but we left. Got alcohol and went back to our room.

We were at Sids IGA and asked the cashier where a good place to grab a drink would be. He told us the Long Beach Tavern. He told us to tell the tall(6 – 1) server that the short Mexican said hello.(He also threw out a few F-Bombs while checking out our groceries-not too professional Sids). Found the place easily — Long Beach is not a big town. Read some Unilocal reviews before going in. Pizza sounded like a good idea. Personal size was huge and $ 12. Pretty damn tasty too. The two workers were amazing(yes, we told the tall server hello from the short Mexican, Chris) My Stoli soda was literally so strong it took me the entire time to get it down. It tasted 95% Stoli/5% soda. Ain’t nothing wrong with that if you like them stiff. I’m a seasoned drinker but whoa! Now, this is where the fun begins… Apparently this is the local hang out. We had a small table by the bar so we had a front row view! Oh golly. Let’s just say the average beer consumed by each person outnumbered the amount of teeth in their mouth. Apparently there was a game on(Something concerning if the Seahawks went to the Super Bowl) but I couldn’t be bothered with that. I had free entertainment right in front of me! The winner of the evening was the bald gentleman that had larger than life eyeballs tattooed on the back of his head. So he can see you staring at his strange ass! Yea, it was that good. We left before it turned into a true shit show, though. Dang.

Best pizza ever! If you like white sauce, this is the place, lots of toppings-this is the place! This was our first time here, the locals love it! Yes, it is a bit of a dive, but hey, it IS a Tavern! The servers were wonderful, very attentive! The pizza is worth going for as well as the Cod & chips! Fantastic!

Do you like very cheesy pizza? Go here. Went late at night and faced a decent wait. Definitely a dive bar, but it’s got some character. Waitress even told us a handful of dirty jokes before we left. To be honest, I probably won’t be back but it was worth a try.

This is one good pizza. Best since the glory days of Godfathers Pizza when they had that old Mafia boss tell you to «Do it!» We ordered the Captains Pizza to go. Pizza was loaded with toppings and delicious.

$ 3.75 for micro-brews and $ 0.50 games of pool? Dive bar atmosphere? Yes please! I am not sure how you could have a bad time here! It’s a pretty spacious bar, with about 4 pool tables, and plenty of seating. We didn’t eat here but did love the dive bar ambience and friendly staff. Would totally return!

Awesome. Standard pub grub with dark corners and sticky black booths, this place serves up Ore Ida tater tots, fresh cod n chips and meaty pizzas(the bacon-bacon — whoa) to support what looked like the largely manual labor and local fisherman clientele. The menu is likely sanctioned by a shipboard cook and is both hearty and generous. Bud Light is on tap beside Manny’s, and the patrons we saw knew the bartender by her name, her family and history. She was the only one there, and if folks needed something, well — just get up and ask. I enjoyed the informality. It ain’t fancy, and we felt right at home. Don’t mistake it for a pub, it’s a perfect«joint» and I wouldn’t change a strip of the aged, grubby carpet. It was love at first sight and we’ll certainly be back.

Terrible terrible service. This bar seemed to be the only place to have karaōke on a Saturday night, karaōke part was okay… they have it in a dark room off in the back. The problem is the only way you’re going to get a drink is to go to the bar and order one. My boyfriend stood in long for quite a while, to have a couple of people cut in front of him which seemed to be regulars and friends with the bartender, so of course she didn’t care. He watched as people ordered multiple drinks without ever being carded. As soon as it was his turn, she refused to serve him my drink w/o me being there, so I had to go up and show her my ID, eventhough she hadn’t done this for anyone else in the bar or in our party sitting at our table. We decided to barely order drinks because there are no servers.

Pizza at the LBT is awesome! We ordered two different pizzas, and both were impressive. The staff at the LBT has been great! Erin(spelling?), Kelly and Rhonda were all very attentive. A day later, our leftover pizza was still really tasty. If you’re looking for a place to kick back in Long Beach and enjoy some pizza, the LBT is the place.

Super Pizza! We had a small«Norwegian», piled high with seafood and artchichokes. It was out of this world and way more than enough food for two. Great selection of beers and full bar. VERYFRIENDLY and helpful staff. Can’t say enough nice things about our visit.
